Has anyone played the Spider-Man DLC “The city that never sleeps”? I’m thinking of checking it out, but don’t want to bother if it’s not good.
It’s good. Just don’t go in there expecting something magnificent. It’s just a solid 3-5 hour story expansion (per dlc) that has its own challenge arenas and collectathon spread across the map.

To anyone watching the Double Fine documentary. Episode 21 is incredible, and really shows how bad management of a studio can destroy a game and force great talent to walk out the door from unnecessary stress.

Sorry to hear that. Happened to me last year. I know, it sucks.
First of all, note the exact error code. Mine was 80151103.
My login was completely busted on my 360 and for bc games on Xbox Series X. I ‘fixed’ it at least on 360 with this vodoo magic trick noted here:
Took a couple of tries. I never expected it to really work, but in the end it did. Something is completely wrong on Microsofts end here 
A MS dev explained another ‘solution’ here:
This all didn’t help for my bc profile on Series X. It was fixed couple months later by Microsoft I assume. I filed some reports, don’t know if there is a connection

Things I learned today from visiting otherera:
- Extreme hand holding is an “Absolutely overblown nitpick”.
- Xbox Series consoles are DEAD (pack it up MS!)and a portable Series S is Xbox’s last chance.
- MS should finally start to publish some “good games”.
I really can’t understand how there’s still an (extremely small but still) Xbox community or anyone who enjoys videogames and love this hobby in this site.

im on it and im somewhere in the middle. i dont like the whole abk situation and i dont like that xbox isnt updating things like achievements and dvr but instead doing updates to the edges of menus. I do however think its going to be a great year for xbox which we already saw with hi fi and are about to get atomic heart and wo long. literally gonna be the opposite of 2022
That place has never been subtle with it’s biases.
Almost every thread about Xbox is dooming followed by that old Sony fanboy wet dream of MS transforming the brand into a third party publisher for Playstation instead.

Embracer was founded as Nordic Games and a sucessor to JoWood, buying out the assets from that publisher. In 2013 THQ went bankrupt and their assets were auctioned and sold for pretty low values, Crytek got Homefront for like 900k dollars, Deep Silver got Saints Row + Volition, and Nordic got many of the THQ IPs, then the corporate name a year later (hence THQ Nordic). In 2018 they acquired Koch Media which owns Deep Silver and renamed itself to its current name.
Embracer strategy is simple, they acquire studios mostly in Europe because the development costs are far lower than USA, especially in eastern european countries. Volition has been their ugly duck since its acquisition as Saints Row 4 didn’t get the same very positive reception of SR3 and Agents of Mayhem becoming a flop.
Sonic Frontiers was a big sales success (showing that Sonic does still have strong brand power) and the Persona ports are doing excellent as well. Their only misfire that comes to mind is Soul Hackers 2 which they admitted underperformed (but it was a very budget game anyway). Anyway, good to see.
Most of the big JP publishers have also done this. The only ones that come to mind that haven’t yet are Konami and… Square Enix lol.

What a shocker.
We all have our gripes with Xbox and want them to do better in some aspects but saying that Xbox Series is dead (and even make a thread about it lol) and that Xbox should start to publish some good games is gamefaqs level of fanboy BS.
Yeah I’ve seen that too, “MS should go 3rd party and bring Game Pass on PS5”, talk about fever fanboy dreams.

- start a 360 BC game
- press start + select and go into Manage Storage
- Delete your Gamertag or profile from the storage
- back out of everything and press start + select again
- press sign in and download your profile
