YouTube Chief Executive Officer Susan Wojcicki is stepping down from the role after nine years running the Google video division, handing the reins to top lieutenant Neal Mohan.
Wojcicki said in a blog post that she planned to “start a new chapter” focused on her family, health and personal projects. She’ll also take an advisory role, working across Google and parent Alphabet Inc.
From a blog post:
“Today, after nearly 25 years here, I’ve decided to step back from my role as the head of YouTube and start a new chapter focused on my family, health, and personal projects I’m passionate about,”
I don’t know, health being somewhat dependent on time and on continuously killing enemies is a rather unique approach. I guess it gets worse in later levels, but it has not been very noticeable for me thus far, let alone to the point where it would be an issue.
No way of knowing without giving it a go. No idea if FromSoftware would still be up for it though, even if Microsoft wanted to fund a remake.
I saw a report about Multiversus could be the next victim of live service doomsday. I looked at Xbox most played and it’s not in top 50. I looked at Steam player count and it’s barely hitting 1,500 players. Supposedly the communication is weak as well. Makes you appreciate the exclusive ones more.
See, this is the kind of stuff I love in this game. I guess the right word is called self aware? It has several of these things that you just don’t see in other games. Things that make it stand out.
Remind me of South Park game. where you try to skip the cutscene, Cartman will tell you you can’t because the backstory is awesome. The more you do it, the game will end to satisfy you.
I post this because the follow-up reply is “aren’t you on Xbox podcast?” Get it? Because he doesn’t like it means he’s an Xbox fanboy. What a world we’re living in…
A friend of mine is having problems signing into his account on backwards compatible 360 games and after trying everything I figured I’d ask here
The problem is when he opens a game, it goes to download his profile like normal. What then happens is it disconnects him from Xbox Live on the 360 side only, and then opens the game with no profile available on the 360 guide.
If he tries to download his 360 profile there, he gets the error “Something is wrong with your credentials”.
We’ve looked up the issue and tried everything
Changing the password to the account
Resyncing the account by editing his “original Avatar” (someone on reddit said this works, it didn’t)
Enabling two-step verification and activating the “app password” for 360
Clearing the Xbox 360 local storage
Signing in on an actual 360, which only gives a very generic “Something went wrong, try again later” error.
Signing his account into my own Xbox and going on a 360 game (same results)
It seems he is effectively locked out of 360 games. Is this something that will fix itself? We haven’t tried formatting his Xbox yet, but considering it happens with his account on my Xbox too, it doesn’t sound like it would fix anything.
