My Black Friday shopping
Star Ocean has a pretty good discount ($25 CAD off, cheaper than digital) and the fans seemed to like it. It’ll be my first entry in the series.
Harvestella has an okay discount for a brand new game ($15 CAD off). It’s a game I’m interested in for the ARPG/combat element. When I heard about disappointment that the farming element wasn’t actually that major, it got me more interested haha.
Also purchased Star Ocean due to my JRPG stockholm syndrome.
(Didn’t get a discount though)
Not sure. I’ve stayed away from more footage because if it’s good I don’t want to know too much. It would be so sad if it turns out disappointing. I was so happy when Schofield got another chance at space/sci-fi horror.
XboxEra review on launch day? 
I haven’t played it yet, but I plan to soon. If you like it, I would suggest giving 1 and 2 a try if you can. They were definitely the best 2 in my opinion, and they’re both fantastic games.
I put in for a code but haven’t heard back yet, so not sure.

Yeah this basically confirms that it is going to be a new game pretty much, as the first one was set-up like Fable where different regions were their own thing.
Was Witcher 2 open-world? I wonder if they are gonna remake it in the future too

No. It was very similar to Fable 2/3 in that regard, where you had big open areas but it was not open world.
I mean look at his history, he’s always been extremely bias towards PlayStation.
He seems to get enjoyment out of baiting Xbox gamers and then playing the victim on a regular basis. It’s not surprising when he comes from Kotaku, which also have had lots of criticism for their bias.

It’s still stupid to think that he has a vendetta against Microsoft. If anything, his article on Halo Infinite was actually positive and everyone thought he was gonna massacre the game
His reporting is professional and some of the best in the industry, his personal opinions, however, are not and there’s been multiple times where he has proven to be a hypocrite when it comes to Xbox.

Exactly and if anyone want proof of that go and see his interaction on twitter with Xbox fans. When anyone try to challenge his opinion on twitter is an automatic block by him. In Other-Era he doesn’t need to do anything, because he have an army of Sony fans boy that defend him over there.
I thought they were only going to upgrade assets and visuals or at max add new combat. But they are making a completely new game from the ground up.
Man I really loved TW2’s structure. You got intimate with the environment and appreciated it more with the smaller and focused scale.

Don’t be pulling console warrior shit now by saying that he only has bad interactions with Xbox fans because that is not true at all. Twitter is the worst goddamn place for console interactions because everyone on there is so gassed up on what is the better plastic box. I guarantee whenever he writes an article that doesn’t present Sony in the greatest light that his replies are full of people saying he’s in Xbox’s pocket.
However, both of you need to realize that Schreier has always been critical of the industry from day one when it comes to literally everything so he’s gonna say shit that is unpopular to fans of any console/manufacturer
Schreier doesn’t strike me as a Sony “stan”.
He’s an asshole to everyone. 
He really doesn’t like big tech companies so yeah, he probably appears more “anti xbox” but that isn’t because he’s a Playstation cultist.
