The potential leak was described by Jeff Grubb as having come second hand from multiple people who’d heard from people in Sony - so if the leak is from Sony it could well still be an acquisition in Japan. I’d guess you were right on the private company part, it seems far more likely we’d get leaks about that.
I am absolutely sorry for the losses of such angels I know how hard it is for one because 7 years ago I lost my first truly friend: a beautiful little dog called maggie.
Hope you are doing fine and remember that those dogs had the best years of their life with you. My timmy is 8 years old. I know there’s probably just 4-6 years more for him to stay with us but I will make the best of the remaining time he has with me.

It’s certainly funny that you hear so many different targets.
I would guess the one Greg meant, was the Konami one. First we heard about a potential IP sale and that spiralled into the acquisition rumour.
I’m pretty sure these “insiders” are basically playing a shitty trading card game with bullshit and half truths.
I would whole heartedly support the acquisition of Konami by Sony.
You know if PS fans don’t feel “intimidated” by Xbox, why beg for acquisition that is practically either childhood dream (Silent Hill, Capcom stuff) or bragging rights speaking (From due to Elden Ring).

All major publishers are public traded. Sony may buy one, but i would be extremely suprised if some Youtubers got wind of it before a official annoucement
There are still a few private. Epic is the biggest private publisher. Valve is publishing less games, but still publishing nonetheless.

Well, if we don’t hear anything next Friday tops…it will have been just another one of those rumors I guess. Not counting today.

Crazy how last week it was like 18 degrees outside, walking around in a t-shirt was fine, the air felt warm, the whole week really. And yesterday out of the blue it was like 1 degrees and we actually had snow here, we still do.
I don’t know, it’s just crazy to me. Some deny a climate change, but I am not so sure, sheesh.

Now today we will see a bunch of videos made by various companies regarding some games that look really cool, but they are gonna be just jokes 
Remember the studio behind Monster Boy that released screenshots of a Ducktales game? Turns out that used to be a real project but Disney didn’t want it. Those damn fools!
