AoE 2:DE, Grounded, Sea of Thieves, FH5 and even FH4 are on this current top played list whereas Halo Infinite is nowhere to be seen.
This the first time Iāve not seen it on here.

I wasted money on so many Rockstar games thinking like this, letting the oversized hype of a game with a core gameplay loop and mechanics that I donāt enjoy convince me to buy it.
Itās going to be interesting to see how the hype for this game does the same to a lot of other folks.
Itās so weird, Halo seems to fit well for PC, is it the conception that itās a console game first?
Arena shooter in an era dominated by BRs, no content and traditonally a console game
Im not really surprised
Rockstar games could only wish they played as well as Fromsoft games lmao. One thing is clear, you buy RDR2 for its strong writing and story and breathtaking open world immersion, not its slogfest of a gameplay, thatās for sure.
But I get the general gist.
Elden Ring wonāt suddenly magically make you love the kind of games Fromsoft makes, but theyāre giving more options and adding so many crucial QoL features that itād be less of a hindrance to continue playing if the difficulty is getting to you.
Fromsoft games wish they were as accessable as Rockstar games lmao*
I donāt like both tbh
From PC-only gamers I talk to, itās āold and datedā and ālacks contentā.
we really talkin about rockstar being some champions of accessibility when you gotta hold E to pick pockets and open drawers every single time.
But yes, itās true that Fromsoft games could be more accessible and I think Elden Ring is doing some good things on that front, even though it might not be doing enough explicitly by adding modes and such.
It usually becomes another New World. Was there any game that retained ther concurrent number on Steam? (though CS players just built different)
They play CSGO to this day
Lacking content is true but many games lacked content and still did so well
Iām a PC-only gamer and I donāt think itās old and dated, in fact itās refreshing how good it feels to play in a sea of sweaty point and shooters and Battle Royale. But lacking content is a reasonable judgment to make as of now.
Very few
But this is an MMO and those sort of games are all about retention, doesnāt matter how well you start off if they are gone in a week
Right now itās got that huge FOMO like New World did
These are the games now that I will eventually try if they arrive on Game Pass in 5 years, but not spend 70 bucks on when they arenāt stylistically games that I love.
Only Counter Strike is eternal
Like, what in the fuck is this even?
Iāll never understand the appeal of CS
Tried the 360 port and while I understand itās bad port and meant to be played on m/kb, the thought of playing that same shit for over 10/15 years like others have, yuck
Itās basically a Nintendo game of PCverse. Classic in name, classic by design; therefore, it will be played by close to above million daily.
Itās sad, but Iāll only spend money on games that I KNOW I will like. Like personally I donāt think Ubisoft games are anything special and yet theyāre my most prucahsed publisher, because even if their games are wildly formulaic and samey, I trust that I will get something familiar that I will enjoy them and get plenty of playtime on them. I donāt have the luxury to risk $20 or more on something that might not be for me.
Iām not saying they are very consistent haha, but I doubt itās the same people. That is just the reasons Iāve been told, most wants a BR mode.
Same, I like the gameplay a lot. Just really light on content.
Slavs will keep CSGO at the top lol.
