lmfaoo yeah I can understand, but I think he was referring to how the Directs are announced and they just happen the next day, and outline what theyāll contain, just that the fanbase goes crazy with all sorts of expectations and then gets mad about it.
I canāt imagine that being the case, Iāve always appreciated dudeās posts but apparently he posted stuff too many times that staff had to check or edit? I donāt really understand what it means otherwise. I donāt really recall seeing such posts though. If it was in the ActiBlizz thread from Wednesday then I donāt know, stopped posting there after Wednesday, just donāt care much for it anymore. Itās so much a wait and see thing anyway.
It was pretty good, but in contrast, it was coming off of Season 3 which had been the best season yet. Every season was better than the previous with this show, so S4 Part 1 even if it was good was not following that upwards trend imo and that was for some writing reasons.
Imo some of the characters were not done well this season. Jonah was just annoying through and through even though it made sense for him to be that mad and negligent, still there could have been a mix of more sensibleness for a character that smart.
The new Cartel nephew I felt was literally just Lalo from BCS but reckless and dumb instead. Just walked in and killed Darlene at the end like it was nothing. The kid dying made sense cuz the MF just didnāt understand living with her would be a death sentence.
I mostly appreciated Javyās contributions, but he was quite combative, so it wouldnāt surprise me if he was warned one too many times and was perma banned as a result. Also he cancelled his patreon subscription I think, so itās likely permanent.
I think Javy was a great contributor. A permanent ban would be a damn shame.

I agree with all of your points . Tho Darlene thing was forshadowed in episode 1 and Jonah was set up as a parallel to his mother in this season .
I think these kind of problems always arise whenever show runners split a season into two parts . Hopefully most of your problems with this season will be solved with part 2.

I still hesitate to recommend Xbox sometimes due to the weak local presence and lack of localization. The fact that FH5 isnāt localized is extremely ridiculous and low-key disrespectful, that game is known here and it should be a system seller but they still ignore the localization.
Just finished The Medium
Just like all of Blooberās games in the past it has some really good things going for it, but ultimately itās just nothing special, itās just not quite there yet. Which each and every one of their games I was hoping that their next game would be IT, but I think I probably should give up on that.
The story I thought is quite good, this kept me going. The atmosphere is fine too, itās never actually scary but thatās ok. The music is great, voice acting on point as well. But where it really counts, gameplay is were it once again like all their games falls isnāt up there with the good aspects at all.
I found encounters with monsters often not adding much at all to the experience and at worst an annoyance actually. All the gameplay consists of is walking , lots of (forced) walking, super easy puzzles and thatās about it. I donāt know if Bloober will ever truly reach greatness in my opinion.
@Mort what did/do you think of The Medium? I knew you were planning on finishing it before it leaves Game Pass.

I was just made aware Grounded has Arabic localization in it. Another huge W for Obsidian. I donāt know how a small team can afford that but not the other big AAA studios

Also seems like a good amount of regulars are all banned right now. That Activision news did a number on this place lmao.
I mean I like the Xbox brand, but some people have gotten far too emotionally invested in it lol.
