I mean I think in real life people usually don’t engage in that. But on the forums they let themselves loose.
I mean just look at Twitter - those people exist among us
It’s not really just different opinions though is it, as some just seem to always derail threads with negativity. I mean the lead up to E3 was the perfect example where on the basis of nothing but rumors, you would have thought that Xbox’s funeral was being prepared based the tone of the forum. It generally negatively affected my enjoyment of coming onto the forum at that time and I stayed away.
I personally have no feelings either way about any potential permanent bans, but I trust the mod team would not have done so without reasons.

Still early here in the states, so guess all the mods are still sleeping. So I’ll say what I know about Javier
I like Javy, so I asked how long his ban was and it’s a week, not permanent. And just because I like the guy, I’m not going to pretend he wasn’t totally asking for something to be done. He goes too hard with his stuff sometimes. Unlike some others who clearly know how to ride right up to the line and pull back when they sense it may be time to take the foot off the peddle
Not sure why there is no date listed. Maybe they left it like that at first and discussed how long it should be and once deciding on a week forget to go in and put that in for us to see. Total guess on that one. But he shouldl be back soon enough

While I can’t judge what they do nor if they warranted a ban or more, it is a shame to not see them around for a while, if not ever. I can’t say I had bad experience with them. That said, I must admit the reactions were over the top. I’m not saying you can’t say anything negative, but many were like a snapped level of reaction. All I can think about it is a cartoon reaction of losing it. That or when Rocky unleashed his feelings on Mickey in the first Rocky.

I made a guess that that may be the reason Javy is no longer a patron. Then you said “if this is why he got permabanned” which is infering a pertty shitty possibility. I hope that didn’t happen and if it did, I hope that isn’t the reason. As no one is obligated to remain a patron
