STALKER 2 might be good, I really hope so. The old game had itsā¦ issues 
Dying Light 2, well I havenāt played the first one. Zombies is a bit of a yawn for me. Elden Ring is meh, I donāt like Souls-games, Crossfire X I would have tried on GP, wtf is a Sifu?, Borderland tries to be funny but is just annoyingā¦
So:
- STALKER 2 (maybe)
- A Plague Tale Requiem
- Starfield
Weāll see what else might surprise me, but Starfield is the only omgIneedtoplaythisdayone game so far in 2022.
The original game is 15+ years old. lol. I donāt see any issues that game had carrying over into Stalker 2. Iām expecting a Metro Exodus level of quality but with more refined and polished gameplay/combat. Best of all, the protagonist unlike Metro is fully voiced. Woohoo!!! Yeah, im hyped for Stalker 2. lol
Dying Light 2 takes place 20 years after the first game and itās not connected to the first game. Different protagonist, location, etc. I like zombie games but thereās also human factions/enemies in the game. You should at least watch the recent 16 minute gameplay trailer. Maybe it will get you interested. If not, itās all good.
I donāt like souls/rogue like games either but Elden Ring by far looks to be the most accessible game that From Software has perhaps ever made and thereās a lot I like about the game. Worth at least a fair chance. If I drop it, then that would be three strikes and From Software is done for me. lol
I agree with Crossfire X campaign but I can see why Microsoft perhaps wouldnāt go after it for Game Pass. They are mostly co-op/MP focused because it has a far better chance at keeping people subscribed. I will wait for reviews but still interested only because itās Remedy developed and I like Remedy. I dropped Borderlands 3 after 20 or so hours as the story/characters/humor lost me. I had enough. But with Wonderlands, itās more fantasy with dragons and stuff. Thereās melee combat, an over world map like an old school RPG such as Chrono Trigger and more that just completely appeals to me more than Borderlands 3 did.
What is SIFU??? Posted a video below. Thereās also a 10 minute walkthrough via IGN which is what made me even more interested in the game despite it being roguelike lite. Combat reminds me of Sleeping Dogs which was such an excellent game.
A Plague Tale Requiem is also day one for me. Loved the first game and looking forward to the sequel. I also have Hogwarts Legacy, Gotham Knights, Suicide Squad, Redfall, Starfield (as you said), Evil West and others that I know im forgetting.

DL2 ? nah techland knows the game would sell well, so they will get first months revenue and accept GP deal after 6-12 months.
This is why Xbox needs more studios. They need to make enough first party games to support Game Pass pretty much on their own.
Also, Gold and GwG should be taken behind the shed.

Cool. The combat in DL 2 looks so much better, improved and deeper than the original game which for me was an 8/10, hidden gem and really made me a fan of Techland as I never cared about Dead Island. Plus, there are choice and consequences in the game and dialogue trees due to the story being much more in-depth and longer than the original game which was around 15 total missions or so. I need to calm down. Iām getting too hyped and I still have 5 weeks to go!! lol

I think Gold and GwG ends in about two years. Fall 2023 is my prediction. 2022 will have Starfield which will be huge but late 2023 could be weaker in comparison so what could they do to make it stronger? Eliminate Gold thus making online co-op/MP 100% free regardless of the game and putting the money from GwG into Game Pass which makes more sense in of itself anyway.
Iām so here for Josh Sawyer saying that zombies are boring, itās probably no surprise that the only zombie like creatures that I can remember liking were the ghouls from New Vegas.

I dont find them boring and I probbaly never will, I just find them timeless but I can definitely understand others finding them boring, they are also a very āsafeā enemy to create
I can understand the āoldā zombies of slow walking doing nothing being boring nowadays but when zombies are running, jumping, attacking and are a legitimate threat like humans if not more so in games then I disagree.

I find zombies boring and the post apocalyptic setting is getting there as well.

I only like sapient creatures as primary antagonists, so if theyāre not capable of demagoguing then they should just be background fodder, IMO.
That is one of the reasons why Iām not as manic as a lot of people about the release of the next single player Fallout game. Yes a great game can be made by many Xbox studios now, but the actually game world feels very static despite the different cities that are used.
Give me a Fallout where they are stuck underground for 100 years and they come out and the environment is starting to recover and shit aināt all brown lol
