My brother ended up bringing his XSX back because of it totally shutting down during Avengers and he tried everything. Today he got a new one from the store he works at.
Set it all up, also the game sharing thing, all fine. He starts downloading Avengers and plays Unravel with his son while it downloads and out of the blue it shuts down completely.
And now when he tries to power it on the led of the power button goes on for like one second and then…nothing. what are the odds?
There is no real reset he can perform while it’s turned off, right? Since he can’t power it on now.
Yes, some people bring it as an argument for purchase of Playstation but it is like buying console for its peripherals.
he can try to start it in recoverty mode. he needs to unplug it for 30 seconds plug it back in and hold down the sync and disk eject button, while holding them down push the power button it should chime twice and open up the recovery menu where he can factory reset the console.
Literally nothing I want to play and if its a third party game Ill use xbox always.
