I’ve played through BG1 and 2 many times on PC and once recently on Xbox and while mouse and keyboard is the optimal input, it’s actually pretty good on console.
I don’t know if you’ve played the games before but if you haven’t, just be aware that they are pretty old games so graphics and some game design decisions may be a bit out of date. However, if you’re not bothered by that, they are excellent games and top-tier rpg’s.

I bought Mankind Divided day one and it’s a great game but the ending was bad and you could see that there was meant to be another game but it sold poorly so I understand why Square Enix went away from it even though I would have preferred the actual conclusion to Mankind Divided instead of GOTG but it is what it is.
My hope and preference is that Microsoft somehow acquires Eidos Montreal (and Crystal Dynamics) from Square Enix with the Deus Ex, Tomb Raider, Thief, Legacy of Kain, Soul Reaver and Gex IP’s.

Not happening. That Gex IP will cost billions, but I know it would be worth it, but still Idk if Microsoft sees it that way. They’d be dumb to get Crystal Dynamics without Gex. They’re better off leaving behind the Deus Ex and Legacy of Kain IP if it means they get Gex.
