Ultimately I hope this means people stop talking about how MS can simply outpay Sony in these bidding wars just because they have more money. I really really hope that argument is dead and buried 1000 feet under.

Sony does these petty timed exclusives that in isolation seem small but itās a death by a thousand cuts. I think if Microsoft purchased Sega right now it would be completely justified. Time for another big purchase to show the gaming community that Microsoft is still in the fight. You can say itās an overreaction but thatās kind of the point. With Sega you could gain back some territory Sony has been clawing away Iike fighting games, jrpgs, and platformers. Just think of the classic remasters you make with the Dreamcast era, plus you would own Sonicā¦ suddenly Ratchet and Clank seems like a second rate mascot.

Just because Sony money hats something doesnāt mean Microsoft tried to counter that bid and failed or canāt afford to outbid them, Microsoft couldāve easily just not wanted to do it and that is most likely it at the end of the day. Remeber what happened with Tomb Raider, thatās probably still in their heads.
Timed exclusive deals are stupid anyway, it helps no one at all.

I only heard about Christopher Dring a few months ago when I saw him in a podcast and I couldnāt believe the level of bias on display towards Playstation. I understand that everyone is biased, but youād think that someone in his postion would try to hide it a little more

Everybody here is capping hard about superhero games. But wont talk about the fact that how much different they are going to be from each other. Spiderman is literally a clone of Far Cry and Batman Arkham Games (not saying its a bad game), And people think that most of them produced by Insomniac are going to be different.
End of the day its going to be same clones of each other with very little difference.
Its always like that with licensed games. It might have an impact considering the brand recognition but game wise they are going to become the same stale formula like the Third Person Action Adventure games.

They havenāt even talked about the level of tuning which the Playground devs have been doing it every week. From adjusting different driving modes to noticeable difference with tire changes they have talked about these features which are really good for an arcade racing game. I love how these guys just assume things.

As XBOX inches closer towards PS, journos will start shitting on XBOX again. They cannot let somebody surpass their precious brand. They have to swing opinions and move goalposts again and again to keep themselves relevant. I donāt take these people seriously.

I never complained about CGI and always find it weird when viewers complain about itā¦ As if they know how games are made and showing CGI is lack of talent or something

I mean most of them havenāt even played a Forza game and its okay. FORZA is a juggernaut and a billion dollar franchise. I mean if you look at the number Forza pulls is astounding. Just go look at Gameplay videos of Forza Horizon, it rakes millions of views.
