Who cares about console sales in the 2020’s? That’s old metrics, and just one of the pillars of the ecosystem. It’s not just about selling consoles anymore.
How do you think it works? Does Microsoft go to the manufacturer and say give me unlimited Xbox’s? No, they forecast their sales and order a certain number.
These contracts were signed long before any shortage and are likely difficult to increase because there is no excess manufacturing capacity (they aren’t even meeting the agreed upon shipments).

I dont know if people just ignore the fact that Capcom is Japanese, Sega, Bandai Namco, FromSoft, etc. Its the medium to low tier games that get localized over here that skip Xbox that are causing a big problem in the library.
I’m watching his show now, he will talk about Kojims here. It’s probably all nonsense,I mean if he made a shirt for sale for it., Haha.

You guys really need to lighten up, that thread on Resetera isn’t making fun of Xbox, it’s making fun of the picture. The joke is that the picture is accurate despite it being plainly wrong in that regard, so the only logical conclusion is that Xbox was snapped out of existence. If you look at the thread, it’s full of posts like “my Xbox disappeared” and stuff like that.
Also, if you’re getting mad at people on the internet joking around about something harmless, you probably need to take a walk and get your mind off of things 
It does suck about the games not coming to the platform though, no argument there 
And @GamepadX, I’m not sure how accurate this is but I read that there’s something about the makeup of the next-gen consoles that means that you can basically make more PS5s than Xboxes from the same batch of chips or whatever. The Xbox consoles need more uhhh wafer or something like that, so even if they had ordered the same quantity, that doesn’t necessarily translate to the same amount of units.
Pretty woolly reasoning there, I know, but I don’t know enough about the production process to speak confidently about it. In the end, there’s no way to know what the sales are without both companies releasing numbers. It’s a little weird to get annoyed about a narrative when you don’t have any actual proof against it. I also don’t personally think it matters, but of course, you’re free to care about what you want

Grubb just confirmed Kim Swift was specifically brought in for Kojima.
The Deal is nearly done they are just figuring out details now, but it is in a state where it’s basically happening for sure.

Dude seems genuine enough to me. I think this is a whole lot of nothing, when it comes to it being Kohima or even SH at all. Abandoned is just Abandoned.

I also said that it’s no big deal these niche games skip Xbox, it becomes a big deal when big guns skip it, MS should do something big over there, it’s no more tbe time of the small steps strategy imo, it’s good that more niche games are coming, but for one coming, there are two skipping.
At the end of the day, it’s going to require a ton of money and work to correct this problem, and I hope that they manage to make it work. If they don’t, then I’ll just have to play those games somewhere else. It’s a shame, but there’s no reason for me to expect to be able to play everything I’m interested in on just one platform.
