I don’t even know if they are serious right now ! Did Jez and Grubb and everyone are trying to downplay the show so there’s still some surprises left ? Are they trying to set expectations to the lowest so Xbox can have an awesome show ? I don’t know. All I know is Nick is pretty silent about E3. Maybe he knows too much, maybe he don’t want to spoil it for us, as we will just grasp at every tiny piece of info he will give us. It’s weird nonetheless.
And in the last video about E3 predictions from WC, Miles Dompier said “that’s a possibility” ten or twenty times. Like, I thought they knew what’s going to be shown. I think Xbox has just cut down on the leaking stuff right before E3, so anything is possible still.
In a way stuff like this is great to bait people into showing their true colours haha so many people I saw claim to be non biased jump on this like crazy saying stupid shit.
Xbox seems to let their satellite branches do whatever the hell they want. Xbox Brazil seems to be a shitshow and now a branch just made up an exclusivity contract out of nowhere.
And even if Xbox had a deal with Dolby who cares. For the PS5 Sony has their own in house audio solution that they say is better (its not) and still have HDR support.
Nobody hates Xbox more than the people who are paid to report on it.

That last line I just find out of place. “Who is gonna add this tech just for xbox” like Dolby isnt on PC too. We can use the same logic for controller haptics as to who would bother with it if its only on PS5.
