Has anyone here got an opinion or experience with a samsung phone that you never had a pin setup for, is now suddenly wanting a pin ? My wifes phone is just swipe to open, always, but today wants a pin, and the OK button is not circled or highlighted so u cant even try entering something it may be by chance… soz for another ask, but its a 2 to 3 year old phone and has loads of stuff she would like to obtain access to even if getting a new phone. It is a Samsung A73 btw.
PSA : It seems there’s a bug with Quick Resume in Death Stranding DC and it doesn’t allow you to save. It says “Data could not be saved” every time it tries to. I used QR, got the bug and had to start again… That’s a real shame. I hope they can patch it soon because it’s perfect for this game.

I haven’t seen that, you could try 1234 as that seems to be the default Samsung pin. Beyond that, I can’t help, but I hope you figure it out. All the best.

Had to help a parent with theirs - it turns out when upgrading to the new Samsung it hadn’t asked for a new 6 or 8 digit (can’t remember which) PIN which apparently they all need now, so we ended up having to set it…
She hasnt got it set up, it seems, no registered devices etc. Seems a pretty harsh flaw but reading the internet its quite common… crikey !

Go you! I can’t resist, this game calls for me, I’m literally salivating watching any video of it, it’s a combination of game design stuff that I love that haven’t been done in a long while like that

Decima engine has been used for different games from different studios: Killzone SF (fps), original Until Dawn, (interactive film/adventure game), Horizon (open world action RPG), Death Stranding (whatever it is)… RIGS (Mecha/sport VR thing). Capable of great visuals, cinematics, multiplayer/online, good performance and scalability (ported to everything and runs on an iPhone).
I don’t know if it can happen, but I seriously hope they open this engine up to licencing to other developers, and for it to try to to compete with UE5. I know that would require a lot of work, a lot of hiring and documentation, might affect Guerrlla’s ability to make games, but imo if it works and they can be a viable alternative to UE for some AAA projects, it will be well worth it industry-wise.
