It would be a damn nice surprise if Bioware manages to get Dragon Age out this year, but I don’t think that’s going to happen. Probably early 2025 is my guess. But does EA have something for the holiday period?

Yeah for sure.

But the reality is also that a few very important people left the studio. Still, that doesn’t have to mean they can’t make something truly great anymore. Looking forward to that reveal. Wish they gave us a date so that we can really look forward to when that happens. It sounded like its own event, but a gameplay reveal could be at SGF as well. Hope it’s the former.

Really? I could not figure that out myself.

I’m talking about gameplay reasons. IF it is a resource hog I fail to see the use of it in this game.

Every game has clutter and junk in some capacity, because people live or used to live there. Just removing everything because it doesn’t serve the same gameplay mechanism as Fallout (and arguably only Fallout 4, as junk is pretty worthless in 3), is a massive step back to environmental story telling.

I’ll answer in kind:

IF all the junk is one of the reasons for the excessive loading screens etc. I don’t see the point of it.

I like environmental storytelling. I don’t think having the exact same paper cups spread out everywhere does much for it.

I like being a hamster, I’m not against clutter per se.

I do prefer the junk to have a use.

Hopefully this is not a cinematic trailer, but it likely is with a gameplay reveal at their own show. I believe their stream is in June?
