“You’re welcome.” Financially, they’re never been more safe. Just now expand more in platform speaking.

A series X fell onto someone’s cat and killed it I think. What’s even funnier is Taneem left years ago but the frame it like he just bounced before the game’s release.

I would like more of this. That said if no Sucker Punch, that’s a kick in the non-sunshine area…

Like the game “Furi” a while back, Crypt of the Necrodancer (available on Xbox) has discarded Xbox for updates/DLC.

Haha, yep. My bad.

Clicks and perhaps salty about not being invited to preview the game

I never doubt The Coalition. I fully expect it to graphically melt faces when it’s shown.

Yep, I could tell you this and I am not in any way or form an “insider”. The Coalition since it’s inception is the studio that creates games that are also benchmarks for the Unreal engine. lol

Also Grubb supposedly said that what his sources told him about Gears 6’s release date sounds too early, Gears 5 was released at 2019 and The Coalition development cycles were about ~3 years so if it comes out this year it isn’t too early at all…The Coalition is one of the most efficient studios in the industry, Gears 5 was a 3 year project and the game was packed AF in terms of content/modes.

Until these consoles are over a grand you’re going to get 30fps by default for true “new gen” games. We’ve had a long period of 60fps thanks to the length of cross-gen. $500 for a box isn’t even enough to buy a decent GPU on PC right now.

Shinobi602 talks as if he’s seen Gears 6, hmmm.

I’m so ready for it, Gears is unlike anything else and I really want a new one.

Yeah that’s fair, all studios need their own unique thing. I just feel there’s a few things now where it’s actually a detriment to their work.

I still loved Starfield , however I wonder if much of that was my own nostalgia for games like Oblivion, Skyrim & Fallout 3 which are some of my favourite games of all time!

Yes the loading screens definitely make it feel dated , especially when you have huuuge modern RPG’s where the gameplay is seamless.

Perhaps but to be fair Baldurs Gate 3 is gigantic and they managed to pull it off with mo cap. The difference it provides is night and day.

I think for me it’s the just the overall NPC interaction feels dated. For example the way it briefly pauses, the camera pans, then the awkward stare off before they start talking. When the animations are also a little wonky it just devalues that whole experience even further. It just feels a bit jarring to me in a modern game as you would expect it to feel more fluid (like many other big RPG’s/ open world games).

Im not saying this because Im just hating on them but because I love their work and want the best for them. The thing I love about Bethesda games is the immersion and I feel experiences like this (and the infinite loading screens, which is the bigger issue here) remove me from that experience.

Really interesting chat.

So I have the PS5 at my parents house and the Series X is in my gfs house. I just spent one week at my parents and really enjoyed my time with the Dual Sense but now I am back at my gfs and dude the Series controller ergonomics are just in another level. It melts in your hands.
