I don’t think there’s any chance it releases on last gen unless they are basically completely different versions to current gen and made by a different dev, last gen hardware would hold the game back in so many ways

I doubt it. I mean the trend over X does give me a good laugh on what happens if GTA6 is installed on PS4. That said I think it will be full exclusive to this gen.

Yep. I think so as well. Just like how RDR2 was Xbox One and PS4 only. It very likely will also be the only current gen only game by Rockstar this generation…damn!
