Good luck bro, please don’t forget about sleep
LCG Entertainment, Inc., doing business as Telltale Games, is an American video game developer and publisher based in Malibu, California. The company was established after the original Telltale Games filed for assignment in October 2018 and were forced to shut down and sell off assets. LCG Entertainment had been able to acquire the rights to much of the original Telltale intellectual property (IP), including branding, games, and game licenses, and announced in August 2019 they would be bringing the old Telltale Games titles back.

Freedom? What’s that?
I see. So not the old people or did they go there as well? Doesn’t really seem to say.
Jesus!
There is a way around it. Dont put shit on apple store. Shame MS abandoned the windows phone.
On another topic. Why arent people calling out Larian for their blatent fucking dishonesty about BG3 on xbox? Crazy
They actually closed up shop but then someone new acquired majority of the assets.
From Wikipedia:
It closed in October 2018 after filing for bankruptcy protection.
In the midst of releasing The Walking Dead: The Final Season , the company was forced to initiate a “majority studio closure” after their last investor had pulled out of funding. Telltale announced on September 21, 2018, that it had let go of all but 25 of its staff as part of this closure, with the remaining skeleton crew completing specific obligations, such as finishing the Minecraft: Story Mode project porting to Netflix. Telltale Games filed for assignment in October 2018. Many assets were later acquired by LCG Entertainment, which revived the Telltale Games name as part of its business in August 2019, retaining many of the company’s previous licenses and offering former staff freelance positions.
Starfield is going to be huge on steam.
Pc gamepass is average is what i hear from pc gamers personally. I dont really play pc games to care but gamepass on console just seems a better fit.
But o PC you have a lot of people who worship Steam and if it isnt on Steam its worthless
Ms will make money regardless
Sik should be.
A lot of folks not on those games anymore then, damn. That’s very sad.
Ideally they rehired most of the people again, but probably not. I can’t find much on it. Except this
As part of that, the new Telltale says that it has hired or contracted “key talent” from the previous iteration of the studio. No specific employees were named.
That’s a good thing though.

They are trying to find any reasons to justify the latest PS Showcase being underwhelming aren’t they ?
Wait till the “real showcase” drop later this year.
Jez has a new article. I had been seeing stuff lately about this Project Chornos but thought it was just the usual overhyped pony nonsense. 4K streaming and what not.
I personally do not care about it at all, but clearly it was/is huge for MS.
Insider Gaming has very well-connected sources within PlayStation recently, and they recently dropped a report on what Sony calls Cronos — the codename for its cloud gaming expansion plan. Sony is looking to grow its cloud gaming footprint with 28 new data centers, which it aims to launch more broadly in Spring next year
Not content with beating Microsoft in this area, PlayStation has now begun rolling out 4K streaming to cloud beta testers. With Xbox Cloud Gaming, at best you can get 1080p streaming. And sure, 4K streaming may not be ideal for most home network conditions, but if Sony can leapfrog Microsoft with technology delivery as well in this area, it presents an existential crisis for Xbox.
Microsoft can’t market Xbox Cloud Gaming because it doesn’t have enough capacity to meet the demands of its current, and tiny user base. Growing Xbox Cloud Gaming would essentially mean dedicating even more Xbox Series X silicon to server farms rather than store shelves when supplies already feel constrained. Microsoft can’t deliver 4K for Xbox Cloud Gaming because it doesn’t have enough capacity, and they can’t deliver the ability to play games you actually own, because… it doesn’t have enough capacity. It’s unclear right now why Microsoft is struggling so much to get the silicon it needs to meet the demand for its Xbox Cloud Gaming platform or its Xbox Series X sales effort, but with Starfield and other high-quality upcoming Xbox games around the corner, the opportunity to capitalize is slipping.
But Xbox shows possibly 2025 games. And since when PS is norm to not release a CG trailer?
I’m seeing Jez, I ignored.
From the same Wikipedia entry:
Several of the licensed properties were taken back by the IP owners; notably The Walking Dead games were acquired by Skybound Entertainment, and the company brought in much of the former Telltale staff to complete The Final Season in 2019.
But later on it also says this:
[An] announcement was made at The Game Awards 2019 for The Wolf Among Us 2, a sequel to The Wolf Among Us. While the old Telltale had planned and started work on a sequel to the game, all work had been cancelled when the company closed down. For the revived sequel, the new Telltale brought on AdHoc Studio, a studio formed by former members from Telltale, who will focus on the game’s narrative and cinematics, while Telltale will handle the gameplay and transition to the Unreal Engine.
So it seems a bit of both.
I guess we won’t be seeing a bevy of articles asking “What’s going on with Playstation?”, “Is Playstation in trouble?”, “Is there mismanagement within Playstation studios?”.
More hyperbolic nonsense from Jez
Jez ignoring the fact that this cloud tech is limited to ps5 only. Defeats the whole fucking purpose of the cloud entirely
Jez is an intelligent guy but hes so out of touch with the actual xbox community its crazy. But he is a blizzard fan. Those guys live in their own world.
