Anyone who feels the last few xbox games showcases havenāt been good or dislike their so called āGamepass focusā, I would suggest they go on Youtube and look up and watch Xbox E3 shows from 2010-2013 when Mattrick was in charge and Xbox was full steam ahead with Kinect. Challenge yourself to sit through it.
Any way canāt wait for June 11th.

Heās not wrong because Xbox one first 2 years were better than PS4s. I think once Bloodborne released is when they really started to hit
I didnāt watch 2010/2011/2012 but I have watched 2013/2014/2015 multiple times and all three were far superior than Xbox Games Showcases 2020/2021/2022. 2013/2014/2015 were also better than Sonyās E3 Showcases for those respective years.
The Xbox One reveal was horrible and literally made my decision for me to go from Xbox 360 to PlayStation 4. The Xbox One E3 2013 Showcase is where Microsoft should have shown the console and eliminated the Kinect and TV stuff beforehand. Xbox 2013 E3 was better than Sonyās E3 2013 show and was what Microsoft was last year for me - mostly Indies that I personally donāt give two shits about.
Microsoft had the better first party lineup between 2013 launch through 2015. 2016 I would say is a draw and 2017 through 2020 belonged to Sony in my opinion.
Xbox One - TV shit, $500 price tag (compared to $400 for PS4), Kinect bundled in (UGH), always online, canāt play used disc based games (double and triple UGH).
The main reason why people like me switched from Xbox 360 to PlayStation 4 wasnāt because of what Microsoft was offering, it was because it wasnāt optional until they changed it all a year later. You try forcing people to be restricted and limited to what can/canāt play and uhh, yeah, thatās not flying with the vast majority of consumers.

Yeah those are pretty bad (besides 2013, thatās good). Must have been hard to watch live lol, I actually started watching E3 and gaming events in 2013 (I was 14 lol) so thankfully I missed this.
For me 2018 Xbox E3 remains one of the best Iāve ever seen. A showcase that had really amazing momentum and kept blowing me away.
Itās obvious at this point that first party will show up much better than they did in 2022 though. Itās also been pointed out that 2021 was a pretty good show, and I agree, and thatās from the āgame pass focusā years although that year has a massive massive con from me in that only Japanese content they brought was Eiyuden Chronicle (and Yakuza LAD on GP)
Oh it was absolutely painful lol. Havenāt even got into the live Usher performance that lasted well over 5 minutesā¦
Xbox E3 2018 is the best showcase for me in the last decade from Microsoft. Second best overall only behind Sonyās E3 2016 showcase. 2018 was freaking great. Great partnerships, return of Japanese games on Xbox, studio acquisitions, Gears 5, Halo Infinite kicking off the show and great ending with Cyberpunk 2077 āhackingā the showcase which was so freaking cool.
Granted, some of this may not have the same impact due to it being a digital showcase compared to a live event but thatās what I want to see. I have no problem with showing games day one on Game Pass but every game? No thanks. Indies/AA games with majority of them being souls/rogue likes are of no interest to me. Show me some blockbusters baby!!!
This was me like 3 times until it clicked for me. Wait till you find out you need to equip a certain charm in order to have your position shown on the map^^

2021 is by far my favourite. So many 1p games and amazing game pass additions. The most boring parts to me about 2021 were the 3p games shown lol. Diablo 2, Far Cry, Battlefield. Couldnāt care less about those lol

Does anyone know how to disable chatgpt chat thing with bing on edge iOS? I canāt figure out how to turn it off. Itās super annoying as it keeps popping this chat window thing up and itās just not it for me.
I donāt know about IOS, but on Android I went to settings>general and switched off the new chatgtp button at the bottom(it was the first setting).

Seems like itās going back to itās roots which is a good thing imo. I enjoyed open world games, but I think itās time to go back to their roots because I felt fatigued playing Valhalla.
