…New narrative in town: Xbox One sold more than Series X and S in NPD therefore they are doing worse than in 2013. lol Conveniently, an important detail is left out. That’s only in US tho, this time around Series consoles were spread over more markets, so it’s obvious less stock had to be concentrated in just USA. For example, in my country Xbox One didn’t even launch for a whole ass year, yet this time it not only opened pre orders the same day as the rest of the world but also launched at the same time on Nov 10. And guess what? PS5 release date hasn’t even been confirmed here, and this is PS dominated country. I don’t get this double standard, people say Xbox needs to invest in more regions outside the US and when they do precisely that, dumb metrics like these are brought up.

Yep, all three companies sold every console they could ship.

Just realized my rechargeable energizer AA batteries were first used in my 360. They made it the entire Xbox one Gen and into my series x controller.

Ordered new ones today from Amazon. Hope they last me just as long. I

Still using my Duracells from the 360 days myself. Now I will say I had another newer set in my rotation that died, but I think my “dumb” charger killed them, probably damaged the ones I am still using also. I do still get around 25hrs of gaming on them still I think.

Got to pick up some Eneloops soon.

I did want to mention to not sleep on Ruined King. Airship Syndicate did Battle Chasers Nightwar previously and that was a pretty solid RPG even if it is a little “low budget”. It’s on Gamepass if you want to try it out.

I did want to mention to not sleep on Ruined King. Airship Syndicate did Battle Chasers Nightwar previously and that was a pretty solid RPG even if it is a little “low budget”. It’s on Gamepass if you want to try it out.

I’m definitely interested in Ruined King despite having no interest in League of Legends only because it’s developed by Airship Syndicate. As you said, they developed Battle Chasers Nightwar which was a great game and Darksiders Genesis which was also a great game. So im expecting another great game.

I have not played that many of 2020’s games yet… Working through the backlog you know. Right now playing Gears Tactics though and it’s great so that gets my vote!

4. Darksiders Genesis - 8.5/10
5. Remnant: From the Ashes - 8.0/10
6. Mafia - 8.0/10
7. Trials of Mana - 8.0/10

My backlog -

1. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
2. Gears Tactics
3. Immortals Fenyx Rising
4. Marvel’s Spider Man: Miles Morales
5. Watch Dogs Legion

I’m fully expecting Valhalla to be my 2020 game of the year once I play and complete it but that obviously remains to be seen. Expecting every game listed above in my backlog to be an 8.0/10 or higher for me personally. Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2021 game for me as long as CDPR releases their next gen upgrade since that’s why I won’t play it until then.

On an unrelated side note - do you have a PS4/PS5 or plan on getting one? If so, you may want to look into Granblue Fantasy Relink as it looks to be an amazing JRPG if you haven’t already.

Ori is my #1 and Hades is my #2. Then it gets murkier but Wasteland 3, MK11: Aftermath, Avengers, Animal Crossing, Yakuza, Minecraft Dungeons, Gears Tactics, XCOM: Chimera Squad, Streets of Rage 4, and Deep Rock Galactic are all floating around.

Everything about the campaign is soo good. Played it 5 times this year. Love it

Ori WOTW hands down. Give me that kind of movement freedom in Perfect Dark and watch that shit become GOTY as well lol. By the way they described the kind of stuff they’re aiming for, I’m extremely excited.

What the golf is lowkey a banger. Had so much fun with it. I had a neighbor kid who saw me playing that once and came almost everyday to play it himself, that’s a sign of a good game to me.

Recently I saw that the creator follows me on twitter haha

Oh and Going Under is fucking GOOD, do play that next, highly recommend it. Diggin your taste in games
