We still argue about xbox and playstation Meanwhile the switch is the best selling console of the month xD
from everything revealed, hereās what Iām excited for the most:
- Perfect Dark of course.
- Callisto Protocol (major Dead Space meets Alien vibes and I love it)
- Darktide was visceral as hell, dig it.
- Endless Dungeon (fuck yes that artstyle plus being a co-op twin stick shooter is hella rad, BUT THAT MUSIC THO, need the full version right goddamn now)
- It Takes Two looks fucking fun-tastic, Iām loving all this co-op goodness, and the game just oozes personality and a charm, major props to Hazelight and especially EA Originals program for greenlighting stuff like this.
- Crimson Desert (looks super ambitious, but the framerate in the trailer was literally dropping to sub 20fps at times, itās crazy, which is why I think there shall be a big downgrade to get it to work at 60 but letās see. AC meets Witcher.
- Season. The artstyle looks fucking phenomenal, very Ghibli-esque, although reminded me a lot of a recent French animated movie called I Lost My Body which has a similar lone black teen who carries around a tape recorder and shit, btw if anybody hasnāt watched that movie, pls go do it, itās on Netflix). But yeah, no idea about the gameplay. Just a bunch of environments and NPCs shown. Until I see that, I shall reserve my judgement.
- Century: Age of Ashes looks promising, dragon dog fights? sign me up.
- Returnal looks pretty cool. But wonāt be able to play it cuz PS5 isnāt even in sight of being released in my country and donāt even know if Iāll get any console for another year or so.
- No idea what Dragon Age and Mass Effect games are gonna be like, but still excited and very hopeful for Bioware to return to form.
Oh and the entire Yakuza line-up barring LAD gon be on gamepass soon? Da Me Da Nice!

The way we look back at Mario Bros is nothing compared to the way these kids will be looking back to Fortnite. Itās a gigantic beast. I havenāt played it since season2 really but I cannot deny itās shear amount of power over other games now.
Itās one of the reasons Halo will have free multiplayer.

New narrative in town: Xbox One sold more than Series X and S in NPD therefore they are doing worse than in 2013. lol
Conveniently, an important detail is left out.
Thatās only in US tho, this time around Series consoles were spread over more markets, so itās obvious less stock had to be concentrated in just USA. For example, in my country Xbox One didnāt even launch for a whole ass year, yet this time it not only opened pre orders the same day as the rest of the world but also launched at the same time on Nov 10. And guess what? PS5 release date hasnāt even been confirmed here, and this is PS dominated country.
I donāt get this double standard, people say Xbox needs to invest in more regions outside the US and when they do precisely that, dumb metrics like these are brought up.

The only thing launch sales tell you in the modern age is how much a company was able to produce and ship in a certain window of time, in this case, sure a bit less than anyone expected, on both sides. Xbox seems going on statements only got into production mid to late summer, Playstation if you believe folks like mochizuki, who despite a slander campaign against him have been reasonbly on the money, has had some yield issues (and i would suspect especially near launch both have had a good bit). Both have been impacted by clearly spreading what stock they did have across more regions at once at launch. But thereās nothing you can glean sales wise from new system releases until around probably April earliest when stock and demand are normalized.

Just realized my rechargeable energizer AA batteries were first used in my 360. They made it the entire Xbox one Gen and into my series x controller.
Ordered new ones today from Amazon. Hope they last me just as long. I
