Not sure if Tango would be interested but you could potentially build out another team or form a new studio under the Bethesda umbrella. Or if Mistwalker continues on, they could start by approaching them with a contract for a console exclusive. They may be only interested in mobile games now though.
Is there other companies make AAA jrpg games ? from what i have seen only SE and Altus make AAA jrpg games.
Buy a AA RPG company than let them organic growth to AAA. It’s the best bet for Xbox.

- Wait 3 years.

Looks like Call of the Sea and Wasteland 3 were shown last year. There definitely may be something XGS-related shown here. Probably nothing huge though.
Outriders was shown in 2020 too. Could be some gems in there.

The Desperados dev’s previous game Shadow Tactics is on Xbox and is the same kind of game.
