Physical based charged upgrades are not allowed on xbox. Digital yes.

I dont think so? Activision sold Cold War Next gen + xone version together it was not an ugrade path involved

Thats not what an upgrade path is.

If you sell an xbox one version disc based you cannot charge for the upgrade.
