I remember Phil on a Major Nelson show of some sort and he asked MN if he saw what Obsidian was working on. Major Nelson said yeah Outer Worlds looks great. And Phil said no, their other game. I think that was 2019.

And let’s just say for now that it is there, this increases the chances of a 2022 release. Sponger was the one that said this too iirc. Or well, with the possibility of a 2022 release. But whatever, if it’s there and they show it…that is all I need!

Because apart from Halo Infinite and Starfield, what games are we potentially going to see that really makes you say “holy shit, now we’re seeing the power of XSX for real.”? A game fully built for the hardware. I’d love if that’s Avowed. Been waiting on that actually, a true visual showcase of XSX.

I think just as they put Elder Scrolls on the back burner so the focus could be on The Elder Scrolls Online, the same will be true for Fallout and Fallout 76. I do hope we don’t have to wait to long, that incredible Fallout thread by @FarSightXR-20 hyped me up, and now I can’t wait to see what they have coming up next with the franchise.

Several Arkane Austin devs liked the Xbox and bethesda showcase announcement on Twitter, but we already knew Omen was likely going to be there.

For Obsidian, they have a couple other smaller projects in development too. Maybe Sawyer’s project shows up here.

Where does Avowed in a bad state even come from? I dont get the point you are trying to make in relation to what I posted.
