I remember Phil on a Major Nelson show of some sort and he asked MN if he saw what Obsidian was working on. Major Nelson said yeah Outer Worlds looks great. And Phil said no, their other game. I think that was 2019.

I’m keeping my expectations low, but I think there’s a chance Avowed is there
