There‘s definitely some very nostalgia-inspired indie games coming out of Germany in recent years. Signalis, CrossCode and Chained Echoes are all very different games but they really take you back into that nostalgic mood. I learn game development myself and it‘s inspiring to see that Chained Echoes was possible to be made by one person.

Remnant 2 is so much fun. Played it all evening with my buddy again. The varied level and enemy design is great. We went from Bloodborne inspired locations to like a sci-fi maze with the type of enemies you’d expect. Really cool!

So, what y’all think is coming to Game Pass in January? We got Turnip Boy Robs a Bank in the 18th and Go Mecha Ball in the 25th. Gonna guess Diablo 4 is dropping on the service to coincide with the new season too.
I think d4 is gonna be awhile before it hits (summer).
I am thinking it’s gonna be a smaller list of already released games on Xbox mostly embracer games after last month seems that they are all in between streaming services to help off set budgets right now.
If any Activision games are going to hit I will take old 360 call of duty’s (like 1-3 of them). And possible like Spyro/crash collection (just one of them). I am thinking they are going to start drop feeding activation games in smaller doses starting with older titles they can add.

So many titles already on this list for me. Replaced and Towerborne are the ones I’m looking forward to the most. I hope they deliver. Edit.: almost forgot silk song. Didn’t see it on that list though.
