I’m going to stop after this but I think you’re setting yourself up for disappointment if that’s your expectation.

Every month at least one AAA should be doable and as Mort showed recently there are so many older games that haven’t been on Game Pass before. Some of them could greatly benefit from it too. Like the RE remakes, why would Capcom be against it? We did have DMCV on it, and that was less than a year after release. I wonder why that was, and why RE remakes haven’t been added even once.
When we enter a time where XGS can release several games a year the need for third party AAA every month isn’t as big, not that I would complain if those continue to come, lol.

Weird West, Shredders, Nonary Games…yes, they aren’t matching what you predicted but they look like good games and in the case of Nonary Games, I know it’s a good one.

Ooohhhh Zero Escape 1+2. That’s good to see. Now everyone can experience my PTSD of Quark going crazy and Alice’s death scene because they have to repeat those scenes 100 times.

Elden Ring isn’t coming to gamepass anytime in 2022. I don’t think from software has ever had a game on gamepass.

Let’s wait for the confirmed list. But I wonder where those billions for Game Pass went. Probably in H2? Did they have Scarlet Nexus, Tales of Arise, Nier Replicant in Game Pass? Should be doable unless the publishers don’t want that. I think Spartacus can compete with this (until Microsoft starts to release big AAA, but well it is one per quarter at best so…)
Zero Escape is great! Haven’t played those games in nearly a decade!
Weird West is also on my list. Really looking forward to it.
Neither has the original Dying Light, so the sequel releasing would be doubly unlikely. I get wanting those games to release on Game Pass, but just a tinge of realism would go a long way.

Indeed. We can easily forget about any big single player third party game in Game Pass. At best we will get some strategy games and co-op / multiplayer games.
If real, PLAY ZERO ESCAPE. It’s two visual novels in one (999 and Virtue’s Last Reward). I won’t go too much into the plot, because the amount of crazy plot twists, but Danganronpa fans will enjoy this. This is not a high school setting and the characters are older though.
There is one thing I will say about 999… The original version on DS takes advantage of certain DS gimmicks for one of the most amazing plot twists I’ve seen in gaming. It sadly didn’t translate well when they brought the game to non-DS platforms. But even without that, it’s still one of the best VNs you’ll ever read

Not necessarily. Just not at release or by companies that are averse on putting their games on game pass.
999 was amazing. So sad I lost my DS copy.
