Iām on a bit of a run with smaller titles on Game Pass at the moment. Recently played through The Gunk & Far Changing Tides.
Two very good games which were a nice change of pace. Each had character, lovely visual style, some great animation work & were more concerned with atmosphere, rather than elaborate combat systems (though The Gunk did have a little bit of that). Had a good time with both.
Now Iāve become obsessed with something else,
This is a game which recreates part of the experience of moving into a new place, when you have a look around your new space, then unpack your boxes & put all your stuff away. Seriously, thatās it & my word is it strangely satisfying 
Iām spending ages putting things in the perfect place. Itās relaxing & feels genuinely rewarding when it all clicks together.
Game Pass obviously is impressive when you consider the big first-party AAA stuff that launches day & date, but Iāve really enjoyed a lot of the smaller titles which builds out the library. Iāve discovered quite a few smaller gems through the service now (Omno was another notable one last year) & I find a lot of value in them.

I recently finished The Gunk as well and absolutely loved it. Probably the game I enjoyed most from the last couple of years. Although it did commit the sin of the injured character level that I despise. At least it wasnāt too annoying.

Light spoiler if you havenāt played The Gunk, but Iām pretty sure itās this,
Thereās a part of the game when the player character is injured & can only move slowly for a short time afterwards.

If any of those three games it would the first Dying Light, ER or DL2ā¦zero chance.
Itās not even guaranteed weāre getting another big AAA game this month, relatively newish like Guardians or old like a Mafia DE for example. In my opinion ideal would be at least every month one AAA title whether old or new(ish).
But if not AAA in the second half this month ā¦itās still a damn good one with Guardians.

Microsoft wants a billion subs. They arenāt going to do this by having old third parties and first parties only hit Q4 every year.
I can see them adding atleast 1 third party AAA brand new game every month minimum

The goal is clearly 50+ studios so every month a first party release on GP every year, and when they canāt meet that due to delays etc a third party can hit day 1.
Heres another prediction. Stranger of Paradise hits day 1 GP this Friday.
