Wasn’t Outer Wilds on Game Pass already? I remember playing it before and I didn’t buy it.

Which is another argument that can be made. The fact some games return is a good sign for the service. Why go back if it’s bad for your game?

I keep hearing great things about The Outer Wilds, so I will make sure to play through it this time.
And I never finished Mass Effect 3, great opportunity to do so now.

Solid first half of the month, obviously the big deal is the ME LE.
Lots of indies I was told not to sleep on, including Outer Wilds. Since this is a month of recovery, it’s a great time to try these out.

15 out of 32 games for me. Just under 50%. Not bad, not bad at all.
Pedestrian is pretty tough but good fun. I may fall into a Spleunky-shaped hole this month

It launched into Game Pass. Discovered and played it that way.
did it really? All I remember was it was initially given away on Mixer (RIP) and came to console GP.

Finally Spelunky 2 comes to Xbox! can’t wait to play this, loved the first game. Pedestrian and Olija look really cool too, will definitely check them out and I will replay Gorogoa which is such a cool game (played it on my Switch back on release). I may even download Mass Effect 1 just to see how the remaster plays.

Really solid start to the month/year. I’ve had my eye on Gorogoa, The Pedestrian, and Spelunky 2. I was waiting for ME to hit EA Play and expected it to take longer. Doing a full playthrough should keep me busy for a good long while!
I enjoyed Outer Wilds but didn’t love it like so many people do (some of the stuff at the end is irritating and pretty unforgiving). I was considering buying it with the DLC though so I could give that a shot. Now I only have to buy the DLC separately 
Haven’t heard of the other games.
I played a bunch more of this, pretty near the end now. It’s fantastic. I’ll probably end up buying it just so I have it. It so elegantly solves some of the issues I have with Metroidvanias with its Ikaruga-esque approach. I tried out their SMT game and enjoyed it a good deal but was disappointed by their Touhou game (Which I think is on Game Pass now, Lunar Nights or something?).

I literally bought Mass Effect Legendary Edition on Saturday. I never hit that refund button so fast

That’s kind of the tricky thing with buying games overall, it could end up on GP sooner than you think. Happened with Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Metro Exodus too.
