This show seem like it will be 30-40 mins. I’m fine if no Starfield cause Starfield need like 30 mins-1 hour of deep dive with Todd alone. Starfield need it very own dedicated show with just Starfield.
Also very Happy to see Forza Motorsport mention, i bought a racing wheel recently while it was on sale for under 200 and it was a 400 original price wheel. Can’t wait to see how much Forza Motorsport has improve.
You really think they are going to have a showcase to showoff king mobile games? What gaming showcase was candycrush announced at? They gonna drop Bubble Witch Saga 4 at the june showcase?
You can not like the name I suggested, that is fine as reasonable minds can differ. Trying to mold reality so you can be “right”, or claim there is no sense to it, is a bit odd.
Although I probably won’t get it, I sure would like one more single player game in the show that appeals to me besides Redfall, this is assuming that Starfield is out.
I already mentioned future mobile games like Warcraft. I assume King would be the ones making mobile games for Microsoft IPs like Gears, Halo, and Forza in the future.
I am not sold on any names. Just discussing to cover all aspects. So I’m not pushing any name to be “right”, whatever you mean by that.
Does anyone here actually care what the name is? It’s a genuine question. Personally, I don’t care what they call it. They could name it Lazer Nipple Fun Time and I’d be ok with that.

Not really. I think the name is dumb but its absolutely unimportant. I also don’t care about some narrative around Xbox marketing or other stupid shit. Just give me a cool show, games and release dates. Thank you very much.
Maybe I’m wrong but I always got the impression the new Forza Motorsports would be more of a GAAS with long term support. If so some kind of microtransactions would be a given, but they still can find a better balance.
Either way though it looks graphically incredible, so at least that’s one area Gran Turismo was criticsed in that Forza should excel.
If you want mobile game design a la Asphalt Legends make it at least F2P and not a 80€ product 
Lets just see how FM turns out, Playground and Turn 10 have not disappointed me the last 5 years.
Whether or not Starfield is releasing in the first half of the year or not probably has little to do with it being in this show or not imo.

Here’s me just excited for a show, buncha games I’m looking forward too Forza, Redfall, AoE2, Starfield if it’s there and I’ll probably check out Ara and Minecraft Legends because why not.
Yes. I thought that was the whole point of the Showcase last June and that was to show off games that were set to come out before June 2023. Given how vast Starfield is, I bet it’s getting its own show.

Perhaps in this show they will have a very small clip of Starfield with an announcement and date of a show later down the line, that sounds like it would be good enough no?
Either that or mention Starfield will get its own marketing beat later when announcing the show would be the best solution I think.
I say if Starfield needs a little more time best way to do it is:
Tell in advance Starfield won’t be at the show in January
Tell people a separate direct is coming in the first half of the year.
Show the game in all its glory in march/April. With great gameplay and a great showing people will be fine with a delay.
I’m fine with delays, but being delayed a year from the original release date is far more than “a little more time”
(not saying the game will be delayed)
I think the name sounds fine but plenty of names sound kinda dumb and then once it people get used to it it’s just another name
People thought the Series S/X was a dumb name choice when it was announced, now it’s natural
I feel like if the game needs more time and is delayed to the 2h of the year they wouldn’t show it at the start of the year, they’d want to show it when its more polished, I’d say they’ll show it at the E3 show.
