If the rumors about the higher ups at rare arent giving complete freedom to the project are true, then why xbox bothers giving them all the freedom that they want?
Just watch obsidian letting smaller teams make games such as grounded or pentiment, I still dont understand why rare cant do the same thing, anyways this isnt the right place to talk about it so I will just stop

Not necessary. Sony does not but stuff the same way Microsoft does.
Is there any possibility that xbox could make an offer for ghe ip? I mean just look how much they are spending in cod and blizzard games

Yes, you are absolutely right, King will remain a separate publishing branch. I put it under Activision because I’m not really into mobile gaming and wanted to focus on PC/console gaming.
Thank you ! This is what I consider to be MY perfect view of Microsoft Gaming considering today’s market. It’s not a prediction and it remains totally subjective, but when you think about it, you realize that there are great opportunities everywhere.
I haven’t touched ABK, but my long-term point for Activision would be this:

Infinity Ward is working on MW (increase staffing to 1000+ developers).

Treyarch is working on BO (increase the workforce to more than 1000 developers).

Sledgehammer Games is working on Warzone + support + COD spin-off games (increase the workforce to more than 1000 developers).

All other studios are COD free and work on what they want.
Infinity ward is already making a new sort of game.
Thanks a lot ! Personally I find that Microsoft Studios makes more sense given the direction Microsoft has taken in the market, but that’s purely subjective. Xbox Game Studios is also very good.
COD RPG ? Yes, it’s very interesting. I’ve also heard of a zombie focus spin-off, and a survival game. What is important for me is to give these 3 major studios the ability to become independent on COD and let the other Activision studios work on something else.

Well it’s Microsoft giving the freedom. The studio heads can ax and green lit projects as they feel fit. Maybe this reboot will make Everwild the bestest version it can be

I really love your list; our preferences align really well. 
The only Studio i would add to your list would be Nihon Falcom because of the JRPG-Goodness.
I really don’t understand the guys that say, after ABK it is enough.
It will never be enough when you have companies like Tencent and others out there, that are snatching up studios and maybe soon also publishers left and right.
Right now they are not, but in the future, there is a possibility that they will block their content from other devices/services and then you will only have access to it if you have the tencent box or a tencent account.
This is why i think that Microsoft has to secure their studio- and publishing partners.
Capcom and SEGA would be the dream. You would gain a real Mascot with Sonic from SEGA and some, in their genre, really essential franchises like Resident Evil, Street Fighter and Monster Hunter from Capcom.
With the acquisitions of SEGA and Capcom, one can argue, that you would really don’t need to buy another publisher and instead focusing on the acquisitions of additional Studios. (Arc System Works, Certain Affinity, IO Interactive, Asobo Studios, Nihon Falcom, Level-5, CyberConnect2, etc.)
No way are they getting both Capcom and sega, also both have to be willing to sell. If monster hunter world 2 flops it could happen but Capcom looks to be in a strong position atm.
Maybe they won’t and can’t get both, but i really think, if the opportunity arises and they have the chance to get both SEGA and Capcom, that they will absolutely go for it and try to get both. Don’t get me wrong, i would be ecstatic if they would only get one of them, be it SEGA or Capcom, but think about the possibilities if they could get both SEGA and Capcom.
That would be legendary and i really think that nobody would be able to skip XBOX or the XBOX ecosystem after these acquisitions.
Personally I would rather sega. I think if hyenas flop there could be a real chance of an acquisition.
Edit: also I think Saudi Arabia is targeting embracer or Capcom.
And there you have the reason, i hope and wish Microsoft targets both SEGA and Capcom.
I really don’t want the Saudis or some other entity to snatch up either of them.
If its Embracer I feel like its to launder money tbh lol.
I still think it is gonna be Capcom. Ironically it is easy for them to snatch any publisher simply because they won’t push gaming forward by offering something pro consumer
