Got tired of hearing about how Xbox has only bought there way to success while sony built there from the ground up.
Here is a list of studios sorted by created internally versus thru acquisition
The difference is only 8 to 6 internally create studios. Thats not a large gap
studios grow thru acquisition. tale as old as time
I would say it’s 6 to 9. If xgs publishing is included so should ps publishing.
Not that it really matters just something tha I noticed.

Ah crap. This means Microsoft and Sony can’t acquire Metacritic to change their game ratings.
For anyone interested, Microsoft have this page for the Activision Blizzard acquisition where they are putting the latest updates, interviews, statements, quotes, and more :

They should also add links to regulatory documents Will be the most viewable documents for all those regulatory bodies
Unless I missed it, I don’t think that link is in that links section at the very top of this forum (?) (I forgot what it’s called ). If it isn’t there, are you able to add it there by any chance?

It’s not, the site is new as far as I’m aware but I’ll happily add it - great callout!

Thanks! I was nervous asking that as I wasn’t sure what the whole process to get links added to there was . Thanks mate.

Done! No problem whatsoever, and never be nervous to ping myself or other mods for this kind of thing - 99% of the time we won’t bite

Alright. If there’s any other links that could be added in the future that I find, I’ll let you all know. Thanks mate!

This isn’t the kind of record Ubisoft want
I’d still really like to see Microsoft acquire Ubisoft. They have lots of talent, multiple well known games, and they have lots of studios around the world. Ubisoft also release multiple games every year, which would help keep Xbox Game Pass getting new first party content throughout the year.
Their market cap (yes I know this isn’t the price they would buy Ubisoft at ) is rather low right now. Say if Microsoft bought them at double the market cap (this is just to keep it simple and easy to understand), they’d still be a great purchase.
With the issues they’ve been having and are having, Microsoft could help them for the better.
According to Ubisoft Entertainment SA (UBSFY) Stock Price, News, Quote & History - Yahoo Finance their market cap is currently 3.494B Euro

Man, is so sad that this was one of the games that I was hyped to play(just like scalebound and crackdown3)
At this point they should just cancel the whole thing, is better than releasing a complete mess, but yea I agree
The workforce that ubisoft could bring to xbox is massive

I wouldn’t cancel it, it still seems like it’s going to be awesome if it comes close to what they’re aiming for.

Yeah I wouldn’t say cancel it either. Finish it and get it out. It could actually be good for all we know. You’ll only know when you can actually play it.

So since it officially past Duke Nukem. Do you think this is a George Broussard situation of just complete incompetent team leads?
