What are you currently playing?

I just beat Danganronpa 2 and now I’m wondering if Zero Escape is worth playing?

Started Spiritfarer yesterday, and I’m really liking it. I was looking for a relaxing game like it for a while, but nothing quite grabbed me until now.

I finished it. Its a really charming game which doesn’t shy away from pulling at your heart strings from time to time

Playing through ESO as always, currently using my main character to just run dungeons until the 21st. Switching out to others to do the same and play a little of the quest I haven’t done yet.

Also just finished Ys Origins, and I am ashamed of myself for not figuring out I could switch between magic items by pressing RB, that made the final boss annoying because of a lack ofknowledge of mechanics. Great game none the less, will likely revisit it in the future to play as Hugo and Claw.

Oh nice. The game presents that Horizon mission as if you could recruit her. It’s good to know that I’m not missing a ship upgrade for the suicide mission I’m about to start.

Been playing Chorus and I am enjoying it. Its not a great game as such but its a fun good game.

The flying is easy and there are moments during dog fights where you feel like you are an amazing pilot. This the games strength.

The story is there but its not interesting so far. I am really not a fan of games with space combat because I get lost with the movement and controls. This game has managed to make it more accessible and fun

Another game I would have never tried if it wasnt for GamePass.

Playing through Dragon’s Dogman, and while I’m enjoying the game, I don’t really care for how in depth the companion system seems to be. Maybe it’s not as what it seems so I will have to just continue as best as I can, but I feel that it will be like a resource management game so far and that I won’t be enjoy that part of the game.

I’ve been spending the last few days getting back into Elder Scrolls Online in preparation for High Isle. I’ve been playing mostly in first person just questing and immersing myself in the world. Feels really close to a proper Elder Scrolls game playing that way, until you run into a world boss or event and have to put it back in third person for the spatial awareness, lol

Playing another little gem from SuperMassive Games

Loving The quarry how it plays off so many classic 80’s Horror movies.

Started up Dead Space 3 to finish up the trilogy. Very… action-y so far, not sure what I think about it yet.

I beat Mass Effect 2 for the first time.

In the final mission:

I lost Zaeed and Mordin. Talking with my one friend who previously played the game, apparently I lost Zaeed because I picked him as a leader (he died at the part where I gave him that role). I assumed Zaeed would be a good leader because of his extensive combat experience. I did not fail his loyalty mission either.

I lost Mordin when I told my crew to “hold the line” while Garrus and I killed the human reaper. Apparently, I did not have enough “heavies” holding the line to prevent a death. I think Mordin was the one to bite the dust because I disagreed with his actions in regard to the genophage during his loyalty mission. I also told Jacob to escort the regular crew to the ship, so Jacob wasn’t there to help hold the line.

Both deaths were very fitting in my opinion. Zaeed died in battle as an old warrior like himself should, and Mordin dying while holding the line is a good callback to Mass Effect 1.

It’s the RE6 for Dead Space

DS3 wished it was as fun as RE6 is. I played and finished DS3 on the 360 and thought it was overall a mediocre game back then but with some good spots here and there, I recently decided to replay it on a harder difficulty and I stopped playing after an hour or so…just can’t believe how bad they fucked up the combat in DS3. DS1 and DS2 are fuckin’ awesome on the harder modes (Hardcore mode on DS2 is amazing) but DS3? oh boy…

As a single player game. Yeah, it sucks. But thankfully I had a brother who loved to play co-op games and as much as I hate to admit it. It is fun with your friends. Still a shit horror game tho
