Final Fantasy 1 (GBA) and Space Invaders (Atari 2600) on the amazing RG351V. Retro archievements are amazing.
And of course Guilty Gear Strive on the PC. Looking forward playing something on the Series X
I thoroughly enjoyed DOOM 2016 but also felt the same about Eternal when I tried it months ago. 15 minutes in and it felt a little too hectic.
I’ll definitely jump back in when I’m in the mood for that, because I sometimes am.
Going trough the Wolfenstein franchise. I just finished New Order and Old Blood. I want to finish New Colossus this week and maybe Youngblood(depends, not a fan of what I’ve seen of that game). After that I want to go back and play Return to castle of wolfenstein and Wolfesntein 2009.
Totally recomend it, if someone hasnt already played.

New Order, Old Blood and New Colossus were amazing games, great shooters with some really good characters and writing. Never tried out Youngblood and it will probably stay that way…hopefully the next Wolfenstein game will not continue with that style. Wolfie 2009 was a decent game too though I never played RTCW.

Started The Last Stop last night to try and get it done before The Ascent drops. Surprisingly good, a nice palate cleanser so far.
RTCW is basically the original “Old Blood”. That episode of the new Wolfenstein is kind of a remake of the original, changes a lot of things but its very similar. Still worth trying RTCW

Elder Scrolls online as always, there is an event going on so everything else takes a back seat, I also checked my time in the game again and I’m at 3200 hours, and way too much money spent on the game. Once the event is over I will be focusing on Chris Tales, recently I played through most of Death’s Door, I won’t be playing again until later to try and get the “true” ending

What a time to be an Xbox gamer.
I’m taking a short break from Yakuza LAD after about 50 hours.
During the break I have completed Omno, played a few hours of the Ascent in couch co-op, started Death’s Door, and played a few hours of the Halo preview. I’ll probably knock out a couple of other short games before going back to Yakuza.
I also bought NBA 2K21 and Railway Empire on sale, but haven’t started them yet. My backlog keeps growing.

Beat scarlet nexus and skyward sword hd. Playing samurai warriors 5 for series x and Ace attorney chronicles for switch.
No idea why Capcom didn’t put AA on xbox.
Paused The Ascent to wait for the first round of patches to come in and started playing Soma.

Splitgate is a drug. Sure, you currently gotta endure some atrocious queue times to log in (waited 105 mins last night), but then I usually play for hours because the gameplay loop is just so satisfying.

Played the infinite flight and the Ascent this last weekend. Will probably continue forward with it more now that the flight is done.
Knocked out Cris Tales last week and it was a solid game lol like I missed one of the side missions 
o well. Fun game couple bosses at the end were annoying but got through it. Looking forward to more time with the Ascent.

Pretty decent week for Game Pass.
Downloaded Flight Sim, still working through the tutorials. Think this is going to be something I come back to on the odd lazy Sunday afternoon. Played through Last Stop, which was worth the experience if not amazing. 100%ed Omni, which I highly recommend despite the poor performance. Started on the Ascent, which I am having a great time with.
I am a sucker for twin stick shooters, so I was always going to tilt towards this one. It has some rough edges to smooth out (that will hopefully happen through patches) but I think it’s an incredible effort for the first game from a 12-man studio.
My hope, perhaps diminished given the metacritic, is that MS ties them down to exclusivity (either through publishing deal or acquisition) and gives them the budget and time to make a sequel that really delivers on the huge amount of potential it has.
Besides that, as always, playing Enter the Gungeon – which has been my daily go-to for months. I have a feeling it is finally going to be usurped by Hades when that drops, so feel like this is its swan song for me. An amazing game everyone should try IMO.

Besides Streets Of Rage 4’s Survival I saw the True Ending of Death’s Door two days ago and almost immediately after started an umbrella run which is good fun! Also started Omno which is also pretty cool so far.
I just finished Crackdown 2 in a single sitting. I skipped this game when it came out and while it’s definitely the worst Crackdown game it’s still enjoyable.

Had a craving for some horror so I downloaded The Blair Witch project from game pass and played through it. Let’s just say that I did not enjoy the game what so ever. First of all, the game is more or less devoid of any atmosphere or feeling of dread. There is no thought-process in relation to the puzzles, and the acting is questionable (to say the least).
It’s not that I expected it to be a superb game or anything, but compared to other horror FPA games like SOMA and Outlast etc. this was, in my opinion, terrible.
Story, game design and especially pacing was bafflingly poorly implemented and thought through.
Really disappointed as the Blair witch universe could be really interested and scary as a game if handled properly.

Have not played the second, only the first and third. I enjoy them very much so perhaps I should try the second and see.
Download the additional free dlc and you can get the boosters for free that let you fly all over the place, it kind of breaks the flow of the game but it’s so fun.
I wrapped up Biomutant which was decent. I’m looking forward to playing The Ascent post-patch and Dodgeball Academia. I’m also looking to clear my non-GP backlog. Right now, I’m between Silent Hill 2 HD and Resident Evil HD. Which should I play first?
