YES! Xbox doesn’t stop giving us absolute bangers this year!
Played a lot of the Arc Raiders server slam. What a great game, insta-bought.
And I haven’t even won a single PvP fight yet haha. Game oozes atsmophere though and the sound design is 10/10.
Can’t wait to dive in more on release.
Just finished Keeper and it was such a Journey!
Finished up Vicious Void and the time trial galaxy in Astro Bot. Whoever designed Handhold Havoc is a devil and I hope they will not have any say on level design of the next game lol. I found that one more challenging than almost everything else in the game simply due to the wonky motion controls.
I still need to unlock like 40 more gatchas before I put it down entirely, but even now I’m calling it a 10/10. I love the game and I’m looking forward to whatever Team Asobi does next.
Finished Keeper. 5 out of 5 (using the correct rating scale).
I know I can’t shut up about the game pass price hike. But keeper at $30 is interesting. So in theory I instantly broke even with game pass ultimate by playing through this game. This ignores the questions like, would I have spent $30 on keeper if I didn’t have game pass…
You often see people doing mental game break even points by using full priced games at $70 USD over the cost of a year of the sub. But keeper is a much simpler break even example for one month. So xbox is really saying if you want to play keeper, you might as well sub to gp ultimate for 1 month.
I think having a selection of mid priced shorter games that are also great is a good strategy for gpu. It really makes me feel a value return in this situation, vs digging into a full priced long game for $70 over several months.
All I knew about Keeper before launch was that it was being made by Double Fine and not much else, didn’t interest me at all from the original trailer, I decided to download it just to see what it was like and was intrigued almost immediately, what a cool, intriguing game.
Been spending so much time with DRGS (Deep Rock Galactic Survivor). It’s such a good bullet-heaven game.
It is indeed, think I’ve put on around 20 hours, and it’s surprisingly addictive!
Just finished Keeper with 1000 achievements, such a beautifully crafted game and definitely has the Double Fine dna. It’s simple and short but I think for the experience they were going for the length is perfect and doesn’t overstay its welcome, although I can definitely understand some people being disappointed spending 30$ for what is 5-6 hours to 100% a game and I took my time to fully enjoy some of the sequences as there is a lot you can play with in the environments.
Can’t wait to see what they have next! For now I’ll be back on my FF Tactics play through and Ninja Gaiden 4 this week!
Completed the main story in Borderlands 4. 145 hours. Normal difficulty. Completed the vast majority of side quests, activities and collectibles in the main three regions but with the fourth region, I barely did anything as I just wanted to wrap up the game so I can start playing The Outer Worlds 2 on Friday. Will complete the game 100% net year once they announce the release date for the first expansion.
Visually, the game looks excellent and outside of some pop-in, no issues. Audio wise, the voice acting is great as is the music and sound effects. My only complaint would be that I wish there was more ambient music when exploring the world. Gameplay and combat wise, it’s overall great but I did have some issues. Mainly the speed of Amon is slow and from what I have read online, people believe that every vault hunter is slow and should be sped up. Next up is the 70 spots for inventory space after maxing out the upgrade. It’s just not enough considering all the loot you get in the game. I can easily max this out multiple times on a single quest to where I have to bank the items. Speaking of which, they should have an option that allows you to bank items instead of picking them up. This would save time moving items from inventory to the bank. Gliding is great especially when maxed out. The grapple is good but I will always prefer the setup in Halo Infinite where you can grapple pretty much anything which is great. I get why the game is designed this way but like with how I prefer the free climbing of AC Origins/Odyssey, I simply prefer being able to grapple anything instead of looking for grapple spots. Excellent boss fights throughout. Shooting wise, it feels great and no real issues. Story wise, I enjoyed it from start to finish and I liked all the characters. From the 80 or so completed side quests, they were decent for the most part. Overall, great game.

Playing Baldur’s Gate 3 at 30fps seems to have solved my issue with the frames, I can sometimes feel it trying to get really bad but it never gets there.
Now I just have to get over my restartitis, because I have been trying new characters without actually getting pass the druid grove.
Lmfao. Cure it by playing the entire game in one sitting. Oh, or maybe an iron man mode challenge. Punish yourself for starting over.
Nah, I’m getting the hang of it since I found this mummy guy that can respect for 100 gold.
Awesome! So glad that worked out for you. ![]()
It’s an amazing game.
Not a fan of the constant missing I’m doing, kind of wish they added a divinity original sin 2 combat mechanics mode as constantly missing really drags out a fight, but I’m enjoying my time with the game.
Although, I guess I can always spend the money and get character with magic missile since it doesn’t miss.
me constantly save scumming

I even found out that by changing the difficulty mid game and changing it back I could instantly restore all my characters health. I have no shame ![]()
I’m trying not to take it too far, since in Divinity Original Sin 2, I was teleporting lava around to instant kill people and since it was around, I used death fog to kill an entire group of enemies that were still friendly.
But so far I’m using the imp to start fight in stealth and then join it, so I can always attack first after repositioning myself.
PWS2 is great fun! Some nice changes since the first game. On the 4th job already after a couple of hours.
The Outer Worlds 2, and it’s awesome!
Just started Metal Eden today. Halfway through. This game is really freaking good. Visually, looks stunning, audio is great all around and the gameplay/combat is excellent. Story is solid thus far and im loving the aesthetic of the game.
