Nothing from Xbox. Was hoping that some of their GaaS were on SGF.
Summer Games Fest was pretty good for me. About 25% of the games shown were for me which is higher than I was expecting. Games that are day one for me -
- Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
- Witchfire
- Remnant II
- Alan Wake II
- Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2
- Marvel’s Spider Man 2
- Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden
- Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name
- Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
Overall, while I don’t keep track of Keighley’s shows, SGF 2023 is tied with Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase 2021 as the second best show with 9 games for me. The Game Awards 2021 though is still the highest overall show with 10+ games for me this generation.
Now, I just wait and see how many games Microsoft gives me this Sunday at the Xbox Games Showcase 2022.

They had one of the show’s biggest surprises, Lies of P demo available now. Classic E3 style move, a demo that makes you feel like you are part of E3. Maybe just my opinion 
Anyone watching Devolver? They made up a fictional mascot platformer character and pretended he had a rise and fall with 90s commercials and a flopped edgy reboot lol

Game is coming to all platforms though so not really an Xbox Game. Sony had both Spiderman and Final Fantasy VII as big exclusives on the show.
I feel like MS should have at least showed 1 thing at each of Geoff’s show, honestly they draw a lot of attention.
I am sad that it really seems like none of the FFVII remake is coming to Xbox, makes me really sad.

I am extremely curious to know what exactly is sony paying for complete exclusivity on these games. Skipping xbox is likely not costing them a ton but skipping PC? Sony must be dropping bags for that.

FFVII, IX and X are 3 of my favorite games of all time and the fact VII is getting a remake, IX might and I can’t play any of them hurts lol. Can’t afford another console, so I am definitely getting fomo there.
Although maybe with the trailer of Rebirth we will get a trailer for VII Remake at the Showcase…I can dream…right?

- Witchfire - Not sure about this one apparently being a rougelike?
- Alan Wake 2 - Haven’t played the first one. I’ve heard the remaster is bad, so I think I might play the original via backwards compatibility.
- Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 - Never played a Warhammer game before, but this game and Boltgun both look great.

In all honesty, it’s been over three years since FFVIIR released for PS4 so im not expecting it to get released on Xbox and if it does, it would probably be next generation after the entire trilogy is released.

I thought this was a first person looter shooter because that’s what was shown a while back. Enemies killed dropped loot but seems like it is a rogue like according to the description on the Epic Games Store.
So forget 9 games, down to 8 from SGF.

I kind of enjoyed this one. Liked it better than the last couple, though I have to admit they are always creative. Was funny seeing them put him in a bunch of games that had come out like cult of the lamb

Lol. I found out anyone can do it, but Geoff decided to do it 1080p, likely due to Twitch I guess. Well, they didn’t have much for 4K needed, so it’s fine I suppose.
