I don’t see a FOV slider in Starfield. I don’t see it at “display”.
Aaaah, yes! Nice.
From testing, 85 is the default, 70 is the lowest setting 110 highest.
I think it will take some getting used to, but I’m going to lower 1st person down to 70 to match with my Halo Infinite FOV(I like seeing my feet).
Most of the time I don’t even tinker with these settings, but I can always give it a try.
I just overheard the weirdest conversation between 2 npc.
Apparently the 2 are dating and Zoey enjoys going to enhance and changing into a different person every time they go on a date. Even joked about being a red head next time.
There we go. Finished the story after 180 hours… F***ing amazing!
The way they have set up NG+ is brilliant. I absolutely made the right choice to not rush into it, it is soo much more impactful with a proper connection to the universe. Thanks, @Doncabesa !
This is one of very, very few times I won’t stop playing once I’ve reached this point in a game… I’m ready to explore more haha.
Congratulations!! Are you still playing your current play-through or are you starting new game plus?
I jumped into NG+…
Hard to leave everything behind though (millions of credits, tens of ships, literal tonnes of resources, my outposts and the awesome equipment I’ve picked up) but it made too much in-game sense to move on.
Feels great, haha. Awesome game, a clear 10/10 for me.
Nice!! I still have a ways to go. lol
So there’s this activity that we run into when we enter New Atlantis involving a Free Star rep getting harassed by UC security. One this I love about this one is that after we talk to him we are told to go, speak with a diplomat at the Free Star embassy to resolve it. But we actually have a hidden option, if we have security as one of our skills we can talk to Officer Wilkes and convince him to let the rep go, or even get him to do this sort of thing more often. The quest isn’t anything to big, as it’s a fetch quest, but doing it a second time really brings home just how much time Bethesda put into them.
How did I miss this? lol, this game is packed with content.
It’s such a little thing, that doesn’t come up anywhere but surprised me the first time I did it.
Also currently doing failure to communicate and I think this is the sort of quest that a LIST questline would include.
Oh nice! we get Starborn options for more than just main quest stuff.
Ah yes, it would be perfect!
You have to do this in a set amount of time. Otherwise, the NPC is gone and you miss the quest. It’s nothing major but a small cool tidbit nevertheless.
Just finished the Ryujin story line and I think I am going to take a break for a bit. This game almost doesn’t engage me even though I do really like parts of it. Maybe I have grown tired of the stale state of quests in video games. Go here talk to person, go over there press a button then go back and talk to person again. Repeat. The questline definitely made me hate corporate culture more than I already do.
God I wish I could enjoy this game the way some of you do but I feel like there is so many almosts that just get in the way for me. Maybe time away will do me well.
The Mantis suits effects are randomized I just learned, which means I got a super lucky roll during my first playthrough,
Don’t do the stuff you don’t enjoy.
But also, breaks are always good. I was burning out a couple of weeks ago but now I’ve got a second wind and I’m loving it.
All suits are, I usually quicksave just before I pick it up. Assuming you have finished the game make sure you
also quick save before you get your NG+ suits as they randomly roll too!
