Still more likeable than UCSysDef.
Just started my first faction quest line. Time for some corporate espionage!
I hope they work on overlapping dialogue in cutscenes and important moments. Like I’m walking thru the museum trying to listen to history and my companion just randomly interjects and I miss things. It happens way more than it should. If I miss dialogue for one more “I have something for you” imma go solo lol

Why is the grass glowing
I think it has to do with some of the features in the world, I have spotted them in others as well and they have a lot of glowing mushrooms/fungus. Maybe in this one that fungus has spread everywhere.
From the first pictures we can see the green grass around the big six eyed lizard, but it just looks really bright until it gets dark.
Bioluminescence?
I haven’t encountered any of that and basically just learned of that process being in irl, I thought it was just a sci-fi thing
Hehe, it’s pretty cool.
Just got to the planet with the 150 copper pieces and oh man is the game chugging when I try to save(just stops for a whole 5 seconds) and no wonder I’m running around and there are a metric ton worth of animals running around. I just got into a fight with like 40-50 of them at once.
I’m going to have to stop using particle weapons(around non enemies), because they leave behind residue that hurts anyone that gets close by. I ended up using it to help clear out some pirates and it hurt the colonist, caused me to get a bounty and Sam is pissed.
When are console mods planned?
Don’t know, but if I have to guess not to long after the dlc releases.
As excited as I am for mod support coming, I’m really curious to see what their Survival difficulty is going to be like (if that’s even in the works). I’m sure the team has some really sadistic ideas when it comes to making this game brutally immersive.
I can already see myself having lung damage every time I run into a toxicgas vent, which happens a lot.
Update: I completed the entire Ryujin faction quest and all major quests on Neon stealthily without investing a single point into Stealth
Was the final mission painful? Yes. But I did it.
Sweet. I was not able to complete the final mission stealthily (at least not fully). Overall, I really enjoyed the Ryujin questline.
I completed all research projects last night (how that isn’t a Xbox achievement I don’t know!).
Even with them all done, I still find the Pharmacology and Food/Drink research completely pointless. That’s having upgraded all relevant skills (such as Nutrition to tier 4 too).
In fact apart from Weapons and Outposts I wouldn’t really recommend researching many of them. The suit upgrades were ok but nothing mind-blowing.
I had one point in stealth, but yeah very doable. Fun missions too, there’s some more in another questline too.
