Starfield |OT| You're Finally Awake... In Space!

You need to go to the 150 copper quest planet, the food Wyatt Earp sells is the best food in the game, because it comes with some of the same buffs as drugs. If the food buffs work on it, the food could replace some of drugs.

About the suit upgrades, I think they’re pretty good, but we need to keep updating our suits to take full advantage. As similar suits drop with higher stats because the could be from a higher Stat pull. My best suit was an advanced mercenary suit that had nearly double the mantis suits protection, without upgrades in Phys/ENRG/EM. The only reason I’m still using the Mantis suit as this point is the glorious all guns weigh 50% less and standing still has a chance to reduce damage by 50%(it could be 75%, I could be confusing the chance it happens and the damage reduction).

Which quest? Crimson Fleet? That’s the only faction I haven’t done yet.

Yep.

Great quest, not done yet but in the final stages.

Thanks I’ll go check it out :slightly_smiling_face:. I’m on a mission to complete every skill tree, currently I have finished Combat, Science and most of Physical & Tech.

I’m personally using the Anti-Xeno suit only because it has that same standing still perk but IMO looks much better (I can’t stand how the Mantis suit looks).

I have found lots of superior suits with better stats but they don’t have any good perks.

Planetary scans or did they do full surveys?

Is Vladimir supposed to tell you the location of all the Star Powers? It says that I have 5 left to discover, but Power From Beyond quest line appears to be completed. :man_shrugging:t5:

Wait, that upgrade lets you scan flora and fauna?

Just read it in full, I didn’t realise he scanned everything!! Now that is an achievement!

I mean, day -6 there were complete guides to stealth those missions but people were acting like stealth was impossible because it wasn’t easy.

Making my way through the game… the quest design is far and away above anything else in the WRPG genre…

My good friend Saburo, helping me with the copper issue. I only wish someone out there sold as much potatoes per reset.

Do you need potatoes for that ECS Constant mission? Because I just persuaded Diana. There was no way I was chasing down 50 potatoes lol

Yes, and I can persued her. But I would like to make it a fair trade and as Diana mentions, it would take to long for them to train another person to take on the responsibility.

My role playing is curse. I may have to check If farms can grow them and do some raiding./j

I did the exact same thing, started the mission and then realised it was 50 potatoes and reloaded a save and persuaded instead lol. I ain’t got time for that.

Same with the Dragonforce books you have to get for that guy in Cydonia. I thought it was just one but it’s 50 BOOKS! Gave up on that immediately.

Finished the Crimson Fleet faction quest last night… That was so damn good!

Massive spoilers:

Summary

This quest had me feeling guilty and disgusted by my own actions… in a game. They really managed to crreate an immersive connection to the characters and actions. I’m playing a very good character and sided with SysDef, collected evidence and locked people up. All the way through I felt really bad betraying people and being a “rat” and the first time I went to the brig aboard the Vigilance I felt so bad seeing people who had trusted me locked up, it was surprisingly conflicted emotions. I mean I know most were bad people, but still.

After leaving The Legacy I really had a hard time deciding what to do but in the end I followed my role playing character and turned it into SysDef to see it through. Well, the misery didn’t end there… As I led the charge on The Key I felt so bad, and when I had to kill Jazz and she cried out for Naeva… Man, that was rough.

Had to shoot more people I knew and it all felt horrible. They really got me with this quest, great writing and as an immersive gamer this was so easy to fall into. Walking and shooting my way through the station, feeling bad at every turn… yikes.

In the end I at least managed to talk Delgado down, but that was a small comfort.

What a great quest! This cements the game as a 10 for me.

50! I only got him 2 so far because the quest doesn’t auto update to say to talk to him.

I think it’s 50, might be 30. Whatever it is it’s a ridiculous number.

I’m saving CF for the very end of my playthrough when I’m almost done with the main story. Stoked.

Yep, this faction quest line was crazy. This game is awesome.
