lol discourse around this game is hilarious. When I get around to playing the game more I will do a lengthy writeup on how this game is superior to its ācompetitorsā (mainly BG3 and CyberPunk 2077) in many, many ways. Maybe Iāll make a thread about it. And Iāll probably only respond to people who have beaten all three in said thread.
Now back to Starfield.
(donāt reply to this post, please just wait until i do my comparisons)
I found the best way is to pull the ship apart a bit, so move the landing pods away from the ship etc then add the bits you need and close it all up again.
Been looking over the physical skill block and I need a lot of points to invest into physical to make unarmed viable imo.
So I will start doing more side quest to get myself there, but I also need more points for other things like security, jet pack, persuasión, building.
Iāll never understand why some insist on comparing games with vastly different directions and goals, especially when they already have their mind made up before even completing the game.
We donāt need to punch down on the work of others to express what we like about games.
Thatās the thing, though. I couldnāt figure out how to drag parts of the ship about. Itās like theyāre all glued in place. I press X to enter shipbuilding mode, then I can select ship parts with RB (I think) and then I donāt know what to do next. None of the button prompts on screen let me move anything. Just delete.
I feel like those quotes are from people who didnāt play the game, itās a solid launch which none of those other games mentioned had.
Just seems like the kind of quotes I would see in PlayStation centric communities lol.
But I canāt drag the module to the ship and attach it. I click A to add a new module (cargo bay) and it creates it in its own space separate from the ship, and I canāt drag or slot it on anywhere. Iāll check Youtube like @Mort suggested because there must be something Iām missing.
