If they take into consideration everything that we can get sick from in FO4(broken bones) and expand on it, we should be getting a lot of new ailments.
That makes me want to give survival a chance, I like having to watch out for certain things. But itâs also a game, itâs fun, it hopefully wonât become a chore. Optional would be ideal. But a sense of danger in some areas would definitely change the experience, positively.
I think Todd has talked about an optional survival mode before when talking about running out of fuel in space but said it in a way that made it sound either wouldnât be there by launch or that maybe somebody would just make a mod for it but I think that was before the 2023 delay so maybe they had the time to work something in
But I imagine these ailments arenât going to be a major factor in the base game
Elder Scrolls also has ailments in the base game that can cause debuffs and whatnot but they are never implemented in a hardcore style like many survival games where you need to keep eating/sleeping/drinking etc or youâll eventually die
Fallout 4 had a survival mode, right? But I recall that for those playing it got a bit annoying after a while, which is never a good thing.
By the way, I expect there are going to be some extremely cool ship creations by people. Can definitely see plenty of videos on YouTube how to create a certain ship, maybe the Normandy. Of course it will depend on shapes, because you canât create one from scratch. But itâs gonna be awesome as the Direct showed with Optimus Prime.
Thereâs difficulty levels in Starfield?
Have you never played a Bethesda game before? There are usually at least 5 (probably more) difficulty levels in every Todd Howard Bethesda game, and you can change them on the fly.
Well this isâŚsomething I guess.
Heel turn before Raw? Whatâs happening?
Excluding a few hours of Fallout 4 which I barely remember, I havenât played a Bethesda game. Good to know. Thanks.
Itâs certainly not something you see everyday. ![]()
âwe got the clicks from all outraged Xbox fans, now its time to get the clicks from outraged Playstation fansâ is happening.
By then end of the year most of these articles will be generated by AI and nobody will notice a difference, lol.
Yes. Itâs not a Soulslike. Donât worry about it being too hard.
Anyone can beat it. Itâs a exploration RPG after all.
Donât worry fanboy outrage will be AI generated also and the loop will be closed.
I think this is the first BGS game where Iâm actually excited about the main story
Elder Scrolls is your typical world ending type stuff while FO is more personal stories but with this itâs intriguing where they end up by the end of the game
Do we finally make contact with other intelligent life or does that happen long before the end?
Hahahaha. Good one. I thought that it was like Dead Island 2 where it just goes based on the leveling system of enemies and planets.
Enemies do scale with us, but the higher the difficulty the less dagame we do to them, and the more damage they do to us. Normal has us and the enemies doing/taking the same damage.
Iâve been wondering if the characters on the left and right are still in the game, really hope theyâre still there.
The guy on the right was shown very briefly during the direct.
This picture really shows that the faces used to look quite better last year. Itâs probably a lighting thing.
He was? Man I canât remember it, do you remember at what point it was?
Right at the end when they showed photo mode. He was sitting on a couch.
