i don’t care about whatever your personal schedules are and i doubt MS does either.

Starfield wil be the 1st game that i will try and make a MOD myself. If i am successful with my ambitious MOD i hope Bethesda hire me.

There is no way starfield releases before June right
June- September release period seems more likely.
Why not? Outside of typical xbox doomerism and spending too much time talking about this topic, I have not heard many great reasons for why it will be delayed.

Developer direct at the end of jan focused on those 4 games. Starfield direct may not come until feb. Not enough marketing for a march release and I doubt an April one as well. Redfall is may.
June is Diablo. They have third party partners they won’t trample their feet. Plus they might even own it by then.
There is no way only a few months delay was enough for a game of this scope.
Man, just wait till they hold the Starfield Developer Direct, know way anyone not Xbox can know this.

We had this last week.
But I believe Nate said he had heard stuff about after June.
Hopefully February tells us what we want to know, assuming the Starfield show is then.

Yeah, I can’t deny that even though I try, I am getting slightly worried with some of these rumors. Matty may not be my go to source for insider info, but he also doesn’t seem like someone that would just throw something out there and I do believe he and/or his source was the first about the KOTOR Aspyr rumor?
Then also considering NateTheHate has said “after June” as well. I want to believe in April, but I can’t. Let’s say they announce a Starfield show for February. If this is to hit April, we should be getting previews really soon too. It’s not impossible and releasing games close to each other was NOT an issue for Xbox in 2021, so it isn’t now, but the rumors man. I just wish we got some positive release date rumors for a change, lmao.
But I’m not gonna go into “panic” mode anymore, I’ll just chill and will wait and see. Some here have said what if they show the game in their dedicated direct and they blow us away and the only lesser news is that it has received a slight delay. The blow won’t be nearly as big as last year then. It would show how much good the big delay has caused. If that were to be the case then all I hope it’s July or so.
Someone gave me the advice to just start unfollowing some twitter accounts, if only for more peace of mind and not worry so much about it. It’s sound advice. I definitely tend to sometimes let credible but also less credible rumors/reports get to me.
I mean, ultimately who cares when it comes out. If it’s June, July, August, September (and so on) you’ll still have plenty to play in the mean time.

Panic is a strong word, so I guess it was for lack of a better word, haha. It’s more like I’ve been looking forward to it so much and then came the delay last year. Then despite knowing it’s game development and can mean additional delays you do start to really look forward to the first half of this year. It would have been so good to have had a concrete date by now.
But it is what it is. It’s 100% true that there is enough to play as it is and not to mention coming out, but the hunger for BGS is strong.

I don’t think anyone is panicking? Let people voice their concern without always trying to downplay everything and belittling people.
Let’s be glad Xbox has a game coming people are super hyped about for once instead.
