Thinking about the 30 FPS : if it’s really the only mode available, I think it’s fine if the game has some kind of motion blur like RDR2 or Forza Horizon 5. I hope they are thinking about that, because it could make up for the lack of other modes.

ya i disagree. I can’t play stuff at 30 fps anymore. it will be disapointing but ill wait for it to get patched it or the nextgen/midgen version. got a lot to play

Did you play Forza Horizon 5 ? Quality mode is more than fine in that game. You don’t feel that chopiness at all. That’s what’s killing it for me but motion blur can help a lot ! But that’s just me.
I mean, it really depends on the game.
I don’t want devs to force themselves to work on some 60 FPS mode in sub 1080p, because that’s not doing it for me either.
Anybody seen this before? like the size and scope is mindblown. Each Planets/Moons will be freaking huge. Imagine if like each planets is like the Size of GTA 5 map or bigger wtf.

It’s the motion blur that makes it so very playable in RDR2 and Witcher 3? Because it makes such a huge difference, especially compared to games that do 30fps bad like ACV. Would be very good if Starfield has this.

Really hope they announce a stream quite soon, not that I need to see more so badly, just the date and then we can truly look forward to it.
Part of me doesnt want to becauase a lot of gaming circle was bitching about the last reveal with unrealistic expectations and stupid complaints. Im not talking about thr technical issues but ones like you cant manually land on every planet or fully explore space. Like thats fucking inportant in a game like this. Starfield was never advertised as a space sim. Go play NMS if you want that kind of experience.
Also yes the shooting feels light…no shit youre in space. This isnt cod. Shooting is there as an afterthought most likely.

Had Jez and the others not said a thing about a stream/Direct we would have just been patiently waiting, but we do know about it. Would be great if they just announce it next week and for it to air end of this month.
Hopefully a good Game Pass batch next week too.
I get the feeling there is a fair bit of stuff they have not shown or talked about yet, but for all I care they don’t have to. They could drop the game tomorrow without any further details. I am ready.
That being said, I really hope it won’t get released too close to Tears of the Kingdom, or I’ll be doomed.
