I kind of agree. Starfield is important for Xbox, but I think Matty is putting too much importance on it.

Games like fable and avowed are just as important imo.

Haven’t watched Matty’s video yet but I believe Starfield is releasing in 2023 (my guess is still November) and there will be a 60fps option for both Series X and S.

I wonder if they will be using fsr 2.0

I wonder if the delay means far less bugs at launch or will it still be buggy and sometimes unplayable for another year like most Bethesda games. I’m hoping it’s polished.

Well, if it won’t require an unofficial patch it will be a win already :joy:

I’m a console guy so I can’t even get those lol

I don’t even attempt BGS games on consoles

I bet console version of Starfield will support mods as Skyrim and fallout 4 does

I didn’t think the bug pacthes etc worked. I thought it was just content mods?

There is an unofficial patch on both Xbox and PlayStation

I think they know that the launch state of Fallout 76 is something they can’t really repeat, it’s going to be particularly important to take the time they need to polish the game and get Starfield out in a better state and I would hope that Microsoft will stress this fact as well.

Hopefully! But I’d guess it might come post-launch.

I think at least there’s a 60fps mode for Series X. But man even if it comes to only 30fps, or only 30fps at launch, as much as we’d hate that, you can’t be serious thinking that would make or break the game :man_facepalming: who came up with that

It’s hard to know really

You’d ike to think the extra time will mean it’s the most polished yet but on the flip side, this game is going to be even more complex and bigger than anything they’ve made before which will no doubt cause even more issues

Personally as long as the issues aren’t game breaking im not too bothered and that it runs somewhat decently, I really would like a 60 fps option

PS not getting Starfield is already a big win.
