I totally understand the the disappointment surrounding any delays but I’ve been speaking against studios releasing unfinished games for a long time now. So I can’t be mad if a company chooses the health of the game and more importantly, the studio, over hitting some spot for potentially larger day one profits. I know I’ll have plenty of games to play this year, despite these delays, so I’m not concerned about waiting on two games. This may not be great for Xbox’s lineup this year but that’s for them to worry about. It’s great for the game and developers and that’s what I ultimately care about.

They released 5 critically acclaimed exclusives last year (one was for PS5 lol). They were literally Metacritic’s “Publisher of the year”.

Last time I checked there are 233 days left of 2022, so unless you’re from the future you can’t say this. Did you also say 2021 was a disaster too after FH5/Halo and they were announced best publisher of the year, if 2022 is the disaster of 2021 I’d be happy!

Progstopper wouldn’t really be bad in this situation. Guy was always losing his mind about things that “might” happen and was pretty relaxed when things did happen.

Disappointing news to read. My hope is the delay makes them better games but it still leaves quite a hole in the 2022 lineup. Really hope there’s a few games they may have to fill in, be it suprise release dates for games thought further out(very unlikely) or they’ve lined up some good gamepass deals. They’re going to need something to fill out the lineup
