cant wait for MS to get another AAA 4 player co-op shooter in its place.
Although Tiny Tina looks cool, that I am intrigued with. Hope that’s somehow possible and willing of MS.
Would be the first 2K game on Gamepass that’s not an absolute shitshow “remaster”, I think? Also ignoring TOW cuz owning Obsidian by then made it easier.
While it may not be for this crowd, didnt in March or April they drop a bunch of Sports games like NBA and Madden and so on? Maybe that will be their move again.
Now we play the waiting game on what comes next. I know people listed brand new titles for potential Game Pass release. What about ones that never got to the platform until now, like Octopath. It could happen again with whoever decided to jump in.
You guys should learn to understand what is happening in the moment, there’s no need to be so defensive, it’s a fact that the first semester is lacking, that’s all, it doesn’t hurt to admit it.
Let’s hope this changes of course, but RIGHT NOW this is our reality.
Not sure why anyone is debating Game Pass. There’s no need. They add a ton. And STALKER’s existence or absence doesn’t mean a ton other than a gap filled in April is now filled in the arguably more important Holiday.
Now in terms of exclusives for the first half, that’s a fairer point, but realistically, there’s nothing that can be done about that now. You can’t retroactively moneyhat a title. The growing pains are coming to an end. Relax, if you don’t have a PS5 tune out the GT7 and Horizon brags like many fans should have for our Halo and Forza brags when PS5 was barren, and get pumped for the latter half.
It matters for the corporation. Why does it matter for us? Like, seriously. We’ve got this great chance to stop all this console wars bullshit thanks to subscription services. We’ve got a reason for Microsoft to put their money into third party. Because it also benefits us, not just the corporation.
A game isn’t better or worse because it’s exclusive. It just means other people can’t play it. Exclusives are a thing because it benefits corporations. Not because it benefits us.
