I’m not overlooking. It’s just not end of the world level. How Xbox will respond remains a mystery since we’re in week 2 of the year. We start seeing more of movement around the time when games start flying off. Hell, I wasn’t expecting anything this month but here they are announcing Ubisoft+ and a new day one game. Fan or not, movement is movement.

The game being delayed is fine by all means, that’s on the devs to decide. Nothing is end of the world level, doesn’t mean it’s ok as well, I hate these 8 or 80 arguments, nothing is perfect or completely awful, there’s a middle ground, it just needs to be addressed that’s all.

There isn’t yet, there is a chance of one if they don’t fill up the first half of the year. As is, January has been a solid month and we’ll see how it goes from here.

So this got delayed and it had a specific date. I wonder who’s next on delay because clearly, no one is safe.

I’m sure plenty of other games will see delays this year. From XGS I’m looking at Redfall.

It’s just what it is. There are enough games to keep people entertained. It’s not like the Xbox 2016/2017 days. Thanks to Game Pass there is enough content. I’ve barely touched 10 games from 2021. Still need to play so many games.

But of Redfall gets a long ass delay too I just gotta wonder why they bothered to announce a release date a year before it was planned, if it was never going to make it. I know, COVID plays a big part too, but still. Hope not, but we really should get an update sooner than later in that case.

I can’t wait for it to be over with. Then, it’s all exclusive (minus supported and legacy titles) from there. I do want to see their other title that said to be developing though.

Well, Sony did it with God of War, so why not Xbox. In all seriousness, Phil does have a hands on, so I think he knows how it is going. Stalker 2 is technically an indie company, so it’s different and tougher position.
