I really dislike you right now. I’ve been holding off on getting a PS5, but as someone who pays for Neflix Premium, this deal is probably too hard to pass up for me. Thanks for the heads up!.. you jerk.

It’s hilarious to me that we’ve seen a year-worth of sales on the PS5 and you still have idiots claiming it’s never been on sale and is selling at the rate it is (behind PS4 globally). The fact that they had to cut price so much over the last year and are still behind their pace says a lot more than people are willing to admit.

I’ll try not to take it personally. 
Funnily enough I decided to stick with my PS4 Pro just a couple of days ago and wait for the PS6. But this deal is kind of a no-brainer.
And if I understand the smallprint correctly, the 12 months Netflix Premium is just an example. Since I’m not too fussed about the 4K/HDR thing, I might just get 16 months of the regular version.

Which country is that? Friend of mine told me this a week ago or so as well. Also the Netflix thing. It’s definitely a great deal especially if you pay for Netflix. By the way did you just cancel your current sub and “enabled” the new one?
That being said, I’ve decided to wait and see about that Pro. Backlog on Xbox isn’t getting any smaller either. So getting a PS5 now for me would mean the backlog gets put on halt again. Nah.
But it’s a great deal.
I’m in Germany. But it seems to be available in other countries as well.
Not subscribed to Netflix currently. But I “have to” by August anyway, before my data/watchlist is deleted after 10 months. (I’ve been rotating Prime/Paramount/Wow.)
The code can be activated until September 12, so that works out nicely for me. According to the smallprint it’s valid for new and existing accounts. I think you just get the credit, rather than a fixed subscription. (Not 100% sure, though.) Either way, I’ll take it!

I went ahead and took advantage of that deal. I let out an audible laugh when I realized I needed to pay for the vertical stand. “Pay Has no Limits”.

In fairness, I did buy the solid black cover plates three years ago and that midnight black controller so honestly, it looks way better and fits perfectly on the shelf of my all black TV stand. 
Hm yeah, that could remove some of the clam-look lol.
I hope the Pro looks decent.

Yeah, I will probably be tempted as well but chances are, I just stay as is for the rest of the generation. No reason to go nuts. Besides, instead of trading in the PlayStation 5 and buying the Pro, I would rather just take the price difference and save it for Switch 2.
So how’s the reaction with seeing Sony’s MultiPlatform Console strategy? They’re releasing Lego Horizon on PC and Nintendo Switch day one!
