I dunno why but my vertical PS5 does small ‘dust’ scratches on my discs. And horizontal it just needs a ton of space.
I don’t know exactly but it just felt like it could have been twenty games I’ve allready seen. Didn’t do anything for me, just… meh.

It’s a different game, but what about Wukong? It was solely pc footage but man I hope it looks and plays great on console too. It looks so good.
That one looked a bit different, more interested in that for sure even though it’s mildly so. Would have to have some proper story to draw me in.

Oh the story could be really damn nice. It’s inspired by Journey to the west. Years ago I saw a movie based on that and it was rather good.

As one of the few upcoming PS5 exclusives which interested me I was quite disappointed by the latest trailer.
The reveal trailer definitely looked more interesting and perhaps even more diverse in terms of environments/gameplay.

Looks really good. Is day one for me. However, it’s a Tsushima type action adventure game right? I saw a few people mention it’s a souls game which would eliminate me buying and playing it. I’m hoping Sony does a State of Play for it which I think is a good bet since they did one for Horizon Forbidden West, Ratchet, Returnal and I think Demon’s Souls.

Hmm, I guess I didn’t explore enough. I mean I think it will be good. Just want to see if PS can market it since this and FFVIIR2 are their key titles until whenever the next title is.

Gotta be honest, first/third party exclusives wise, my PlayStation 5 as of now will be off to a 3-0 start in 2024. Granblue Fantasy Relink, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Rise of the Ronin (as long as it’s not a souls game).
First party exclusive wise, going into 2024, Sony and Microsoft are tied at 5 for me with Sony leading 7 (Kena and FFXVI are the other exclusives that aren’t first party) to 5 overall.
After March 2024, it could be 8 to 5 first party wise and 10 to 5 overall so for me personally, it’s definitely been a battle and will continue to be so for the rest of the current generation and beyond. And I for one am hyped for it all!!

Thought I was crazy for thinking its graphics were downgraded but that seems to be a common thought.
I never want to hear someone using a dev’s “track record” to defend a game that was delayed 3+ years (and inevitably cancelled) when I simply said “not seeing a single second of gameplay is concerning”.
Turns out I was right again…

Wow, that is shocking. I guess I haven’t been keeping up with news but it seems like a lot of people was hyping Factions.
PS studios are just inapt for this. Only Cinematic games they could make. To be honest, they should try to expand there studios reach and skill set.
For years they were, and for years I kept reminding people that ND’s multiplayer chops were less than stellar and not having a singular second of gameplay for a multiplayer game was never a good sign, especially when they sat on Geoff’s stage and showed concept art. Geoff and the media fawned of course, as did several folks here. Turns out maybe that Bungie relationship may be souring some grapes internally.
