If you are generalizing maybe but not if reference to this specific lawsuit. Info and documents can be found here where it specifically states that the case is based around Sony abusing its dominant market position to disadvantage consumers. not a claim that could be levelled at MS/Xbox as they don’t hold a market dominant position.
Not directly related but MS did a fair bit of work around store policies during the Acti.Blizz merger so I’d be surprised if they hadn’t considered this kind of thing as part of it.

Heck, when I visit my local GameStop you can buy digital codes for Xbox and Nintendo games , but you can’t for PlayStation

Not just games, I always see in-game currencies too. I never really take advantage but it’s good to know they’re there.

Yep, I typically buy my GamePass membership from these sites (which is much cheaper than the usual monthly price). That or claim ‘free’ months using my rewards.

Yeah, a bit rough. There’s still time but a delay isn’t out of the question. Then again, Wo Long visually wasn’t the best either.
